“The ladies on my wife's side go to plays every year for X-mas gifts. This year they picked SF and a great play (Dear Evan Hanson). This basically new house was great for our group. It was a lot bigger than I realized and the 2 sitting areas was perfect (TV sports for me & movies/chatting for them). The double garage was a plus too. There were 5 of us and if you have a larger group you will have plenty of room. SF isn't that big so downtown and the sports complexes are all a short drive away....

“Sherri was very wonderful and the stay was great. We had a family baptism and a few family members came over for breakfast. The kitchen has all the essentials and more and everything is well prepared for a stay. The patio’s are lovely and the hot tub is private with beautiful lights. We felt right at home and enjoyed the open floor plan. Plenty of natural light and the decor and fixtures are lovely. Highly recommend!”

“Great Location, clean and well appointed little bungalow. All rooms were a great size and were comfortable. Very clean. Only a couple of little improvements recommended, the master king bed mattress needs to be replaced as the bed is becoming a canoe. And extra soap for the showers would be nice too, otherwise easy and we would recommend to anyone. Thank you!!”

“This experience was excellent! We traveled to Souix Falls to attend the 2024 Pheasant Fest Convention. We needed a pet friendly house. This was definitely it! Great location with a fenced in yard that backs up to a large park. Nice quiet location. Very comfortably house. So much better than staying in a hotel with our dogs:)”

“We traveled from Rapid City and Tulsa, OK to gather for Freeman’s Schmeckfest. The location worked great for us, and since we had 7 grandkids that ranged in age from 3 months to 10 years of age, the basement was a great place to send them to burn off energy! The kitchen was fabulous! The bed configuration worked okay for us, but if husbands had been with us, I don’t think it would have worked as well. Our only negatives were the lighting in both bathrooms is terrible for getting ready. Replacing...

“The "House on Bonnie Ct" was a wonderful getaway destination for four of us to catch up as old friends. The house was immaculately clean and had a delightful decor that was welcoming. The game table in the basement saw a lot of card games during our three night stay. We loved the hot tub and hope to return when we can enjoy the very large pool. This place had everything we hoped for and working with host Mariah was a breeze.”

Lots of free things to do in Sioux Falls. Garage, off street parking and convenient street parking. VERY comfortable beds and king or queen sized in every bedroom. Perfect for 4 couples.
