But for 1-2 people who want a clean, comfortable base of operations to enjoy the downtown Sioux Falls bars, restaurants and nightlife, this spot is ideal. Check in was a breeze. The host is responsive and friendly. The building is quiet with a comfy lobby for hanging out with a small group. I enjoyed my stay and the price was right.”

“Was ok very minimalistic the beds and couches were uncomfortable and squeaky like they aren't made to hold anyone over 150lbs and they seem slightly broken but who knows needs more curtains in the living room and there's no sound proofing in the building you can here everything outside or that the neighbors do and they can here us just as easily but it gave us a place to stay while we got settled in Sioux falls and found our home”
