The room although small has a luxurious feel, the floor to ceiling window on one side of the bed gives such a luxury feel along with ambient lighting. Complimentary T2 teas and lindt chocolate on arrival. The cafe and bar are very stylish. And the co-working area is somewhere I'd like...

The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, ie they are able to help with most queries without having to consult with supervisors or managers.
