“We flew in to Dubai from Australia early in the morning for a three day stay en route to Spain. Florida al Souq welcomed us and arranged early check in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Florida al Souq is a great place to stay in the older part of Dubai with lots of places to eat nearby. Also only a short distance on the metro to and from the airport.”

“I made a booking through Hotels.com and had the confirmation with me but they say that they have no such booking. Because I had no where to go, I had to book another room at prime rate”

“I will not recommend this hotel...worst ever i found. Nothing is good...no towel.no soap no bathroom tissue. They dont let you pay by credit card, be sure to bring cash. We had to walk 10 minutes in the rain to find an ATM at 11 PM. It was terrible. The price is not worth it for the poor quality received.”

The hotel is in terrible conditions: hot water was not working properly, they barely left paper toilet in the bathroom, furniture is scratch, rooms have no light and they had a party/night club on the first floor till 4am. Do not go to this hotel. There are better options for an affordable price. ”
