"The parking lit had weeds, cigarette butts and broken plants and mud where there should have been mulch. Mud/dirt was tracked all around the 1st floor/lobby/ice machine area from the time we arrived until we left. The lady in charge of the breakfast was super nice and worked very hard. Our room was freezing. It was set at 63 when we arrived & we changed it to 73. Wore a flannel gown to bed!!"

"For it to have been a last minute reservation, the attendant at the front desk was completely friendly he actually walked me to our room, my husband had dropped one of my shoes he actually picked it up himself and handed it back! Very friendly, and made me feel much so welcome. Kudos to La Quinta"
