“Me encanta ese hotel. The staff are very friendly and clean, only that the bathroom had some difficulties and not sound proof as well as their WiFi are very slow. But the staff are very attentive and friendly and very helpful that is why I am so happy staying with them too.”

“Front desk personnel were very bad at their job. They tried to charge me on a prepaid stay reserved on Expedia. They reserved me a cab that was cancelled by the driver for some reason but never informed me. The front desk knew well in advance of the cancellation.”

“This place is a gem. A bit off the beaten path, quiet, exceptional staff, great pool, includes breakfast (not a continental one either!). On site restaurant with hugh menu. If you get a rental car, there are a great many sights to see. Diving resorts galore. This place is great. Price is great also. Streaming tv if you're bored, fast internet. I'm going back!! ”

“The property is just out of town, but close enough to go in anytime. It is on a busy road, but once on the property you are sheltered from most of the noise. The facilities and environment are lovely. However, some property maintenance is needed to keep it looking amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is no lift, but staff are willing and able to assist with baggage. The pools were lovely, but need a little maintenance. Breakfast was limited for an Aussie, but sufficient. Restaurant...

“Definitivamente volveríamos a este hotel, el personal es muy amable, tiene una muy bonitas instalaciones, una playa pequeña pero muy linda y el hotel presta servicios de turismo a un buen precio. Lo único incomodo es que llegamos de un tour a las 3 pm y el cuarto no estaba arreglado, nos acostamos y en ese preciso instante llegaron a limpiarlo.”
