“I did mention that the fridge in my room must be faulty as it froze my bottle of water. I was concerned that a guest may put medications in it and this would cause a problem. Although the receptionist said someone would look at it, it was still the same the next day. Also the fridge was quite noisy. Other than that the staff were very friendly and obliging.”

“Friendly staff. We had to park across the road on another site. Room clean and comfortable bed. There is no lift. We didn’t eat in the hotel. Reasonably quiet by we were woken at 6.30 on Saturday morning with unexplained noise from the roof. ”

“El hotel está bien, no se puede pedir mucho más por el precio por noche. La habitación muy amplia y confortable. Algo incomprensible que no haya ascensor, hay que subir con las maletas por las escaleras y nosotros teníamos la habitación en el tercer piso. El desayuno, en mi opinión, está pensado para estudiantes, recoges una bolsa en recepción que puedes llevar, comer allí al lado o subirla a la habitación. Aceptable.”

El único inconveniente que encontré es que cuando sales del ascensor en el piso de la habitación, te encuentras con todos los artículos de limpieza botados como si fuese una bodega de servicio. Esto jamas debería ocurrir en un hotel de la categoría que se supone que es este. ”

“Hotel adecuado para la ocasión de un viaje turístico, el desayuno bueno y abundante, el lugar algo viejo (instalaciones), no muy cerca del centro, hay que caminar una media hora y atravesar periféricos, y si no conoces muy bien, es facil perderse. ”

“I have to say that the hotel met absolutely my expectations. The room was comfortable, nice and clean. Furthermore the hotel staff was really nice and friendly. The only negative aspect was the cleaning of the toilet once we were staying in the room. For instance, in 4 nights we had the same towels although, I imagine that they would have solved the problem inmediately if I had notified it. In general, everything was quite good. I strongly recommend it.”

“We stayed here last weekend with our in-laws to visit family and the hotel was perfect for what we needed. The staff are really nice, I can only mention by name Jonathan on reception who was very helpful but all the other staff on reception were also lovely as well as the bar staff and chambermaids. We had two rooms just above the discotheque which is open at weekends and the night receptionist told us to expect a bit of noise but to be honest we were so whacked out it wasn't a problem. We...

“Lovely stay, made even better by lovely, friendly staff. Everyone we met was so helpful and welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Deluxe room was roomy, quiet and added benefit of separate bath and shower. I struggle to find fault....maybe a USB or plug by bed. ”

“Really enjoyed our stay based in a recently built (or upgraded?) annex. Very friendly staff who were helpful and supportive. We ate one night in the hotel and enjoyed a wide ranging choice of menu. Food was served quickly (although we did have to chase the waiter for the dessert menu). “For the price it was excellent value The heating didn’t work in our room (hot water and shower did work and shower was lovely) but we did have a heater which worked a treat. There was complimentary breakfast bag and free coffee machine in the morning ”
