“Beautiful, peaceful property. Convenient and beautiful drive to city conveniences. Adequately equipped kitchen, fantastic communication with host. Beds were a bit hard, but that’s definitely a personal preference thing!:) Will stay again if we’re in the area! The cat was a wonderful bonus!!”

“There needs to be a handrail for the steps to the porch. There are five steps and no handrail. Elderly people need a handrail to safely navigate the steps and probably required by building code.”

“River Rest is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay immensely and wanted to stay longer. Richard and Ellen are fantastic. Richard creates a breakfast that is delicious with a presentation that is magazine worthy. Views of the river are gorgeous and the surroundings are quite calming. Will definitely stay again.”
