“The hotel is not where it s said it is located.(in any map) so if you go walking with your suitcase,get ready to walk 1.5km more than expected... The room was confortable,but we couldnt close the door to the balcony and when they came to repare it ,we couldnt open it anymore... People at the desk not very helpful even if they were very nice. Breakfast with some fruits,bread,croissants..yogurt,coffe already made,tea.but if you want a real coffee you pay ”

“Tout était ok sauf le responsable de réception était très désagréable et aussi nous avions réservé une villa de luxe de 85 mètres carrés or on s est retrouvé dans une villa de 60 mètres carrées 😡 nous avions fait la réclamation auprès de la réception mais ils Nous ont dit que tout était complet:( résultat des courses j ai donc dormi sur le canapé du salon :( et d ailleura nous vous avions tenu au courant chers Expédia mais vous j avez toujours pas réagi à cela ”

“very old hotel with very old equipment or broken or absent - no TV in the room - very old tv in the second room water tape broke two days without water in the shower and after was badly repaired - pillow are very used and dirty - Bed head part is broken some bulbs are burnt very dirty and old escalator self service is absent or paid illegally ......”

“L’hôtel était propre , nous avons eu une très bonne chambre, la nourriture était correcte et variée, nous avons bien mangé, l’installation des toboggans aurait mérité quelques petites réparations. Le harcèlement de la part des tunisiens insupportable, mensonges arnaques, ils sont très forts.”

“Property is run down, we misplaced our room key and they don’t have a spare so had to have someone open door each time, was an inconvenient and had to wait over 20 mins in wet clothes as it seems like they forgot to help us and had to request for help again. Next day, was able to found room key, maybe time to start using key card that can be reprogrammed if this happens to other visitors, am sure we weren’t the only ones. Things like this can happen so suggestion to to make spare keys. We only...

“Really amazing house, with just a few bedrooms. The staff was helpful, nice and laid back. The atmosphere of the hotel is great: tasteful decoration, peaceful music, etc. The breakfast was really complete and tasty, pool clean and fresh, room comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Dar Sabri. ”
