“Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

“Lovely hotel, bar, restaurant and room. Our room had a river view, was a good size with an extra large bathroom. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and well stocked with extra large towels and nice toiletries. There was tea, coffee bags, biscuits and bottled water all of which were replaced daily. Also a fridge. The bedding was luxurious and very comfortable for our very large bed. Really good location and lots to do within walking distance. I would highly recommend.”

“Service was very good, I was welcomed by the owner and made to feel welcome. I was shown to my room and given info on the heating, breakfast times etc. Breakfast was served by a polite and pleasant lady, the breakfast itself was very nice (I opted for the traditional English). Plenty of parking available. The room itself was comfortable. Bathroom functional although if I was being overly critical I would say it could benefit from a bit of an update. “Close to the centre of Reading, this is a lively nightspot with accommodation. Access was easy and although our room was on the first floor it is quite high up so noise from the bar (which closes at 11) wasn't an issue. Staff were very friendly and helpful; room pleasant; shower, bed linen, towels, toiletries, coffee/tea facilities all of a high standard. A pity breakfast not available, but lots of good places in the vicinity.”

“Great location and nice apartment. Kitchen has everything you need other than a dishwasher. The underfloor heating was broken on my first night but this has been fixed by the next day. Excellent.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in the Mansion House which had a lovely rustic feel but was also very clean and modern. The whole site had a lovely feel and the other building with the pool etc looked very modern and also had some nice cosy seating areas. We didn't use any facilities but had a look around and everything looked brand new! Would love to stay here again. ”

“Me he alojado en otras ocasiones y estoy muy contento con el servicio de este Hotel, he solicitado el reembolso de la reserva ya que no he podido viajar debido a la crisis del Coronavirus, devolviendo el importe total y sin poner ningún problema, respondiendo a mi solicitud de forma inmediata desde la recepción del Hotel. No estoy muy conforme con las reservas que hice en otros Hoteles y que Hoteles.com no ha hecho nada para que me las reembolsaran debido a que no he podido viajar a Tailandia...
