“My stay was perfect as normal , the only negative was the noise during the night from something outside my window , it kept waking me up but I could put up with this for one night , the staff where lovely as per every visit , they listened to the problem I had , which I am sure they would of had this mentioned before , overall another great stay .”

“Welcome was average, just going through the motions. Club room was furnished with some taste, although a bit of wear was showing on furniture. Bathroom fan not working, which drives me mad but I’ve given up complaining to any hotel as it’s so common. I know these things burn out easily when lights are left on permanently so it’s an occupational hazard for the hotels; I do sympathise a little. Bed very comfortable; good nights sleep and great views of the bridge. Didn’t eat breakfast as I travel...

“Super friendly staff. Nice big room with comfy bed. Only thing missing was there was no plug sockets by the bed so had to charge my phone on the table by the mirror - meant I had to actually get out of bed to turn off my alarm and couldn’t scroll through my phone in bed while it was low on battery. Otherwise couldn’t fault it ”

“El hotel es hermoso, la ubicación es fabulosa. Es moderno y cruzando un puente peatonal antiguo y bello está s en la zona centrica de la ciudad. El cuarto es muy comodo y el baño también. Un poquito de fallas con respecto a la limpieza del cuarto, pero cuando lo comenté fue muy amablemente tomado en cuenta el comentario y se me dijo que se iban a ocupar de ese tema de inmediato.”
