“It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was within a 10 minute drive to downtown. The beach was within a 5 minute drive and it wasn't crowded. There were a ton of restaurants to choose from. It was so much better than trying to stay downtown where it was difficult getting in and out of places. The condo looked just like was shown andhad the cutest patio garden with hot tub! ”

It is a beautifully maintained property featuring gardens, fountains, outdoor fire pits, a heated pool, patio with lounges and umbrellas. Great cocktails and lite bites from the Well bar so that you can sit back relax and enjoy. My suite was so quiet, comfortable. Loved the large bathroom and comfy robes. “Rental was through Vtrips, who required you to e-sign a rental contract but otherwise very smooth process. The pick-up and dropoff for keys and security pass was easy and nearby the property. Loved everything that was made available in the condo from blocks for our small child, kitchen and laundry needs. Space was clean and spacious. Near the beach but about 15 minute drive from the main part of St. Augustine (historic section with shops and restaurants).”

“Please tell the owner to have their internet checked out, this is our second stay here, and both times the connection was so slow it kept dropping. It was almost impossible to work remotely. The speed tested at less than 3mbps, and I'm sure they are paying for much faster service.”
