Not sure where the problem originated, with the host or travelnest, but we didn’t receive check in instructions. I emailed them the day of arrival, only to be informed 15 minutes before our check in time that the property was unavailable and without power and wouldn’t be fixed for days.
As a result we had to pay a premium to secure lodging at the last minute. A little communication would have made the difference here.
