One of the best hotel choices in Accra, Ghana!
This hotel definitely ought to be the first choice for every serious traveller who are looking for a highly prize-worthy option to the posh ones, like Kempinski or Lancaster hotels. --- The staff at Lou Ralph Hotel is composed of the most lovely people, and their service level is top-notch. They are very attentive, professional, and commit with heart and soul to their tasks. You certainly will feel safe, and taken care of. --- The surroundings are perfect for me loving daily walks, and you can even allow yourself to visit one of the local bars in the more central streets for a cold beer or soft drink. --- The hotel offers a very good and nutricious breakfast, served either at the pool or in their restaurant. Later during the day, a snack or a full lunch or dinner meal are easily catered for, as well as a nice bar service --- Gym and pool make up for lost time back home, and you can feel well exercised when going to bed. --- In summary: do not hesitate to test this resourceful gem - you will not be disappointed, mark my words!

Nice hotel. Staff is super attentive which is very nice. Nice property Love that they offer a pick up from the airport. That was very important to me.

Pay at front desk not online please.
This is absolute mayhem trying to check in, booked through Hotels.com and arrived for check in only for me to be told that I can't pay online even though I did and showed my receipt of payment. Their Internet was down so they couldn't see anything and had to call the owner to check which wasn't helpful either. In the end it took about 40 minutes before the receptionist came back and apologies profoundly about the mix up and gave me a room but by then the damage was already done. My advice would be that you should make the reservation but don't pay online if you don't want to go through my experience. The guy at reception was quite helpful in the end but a paying customer should not go through what i did.

Lou-Ralph Hotel offers 47 rooms and suites in a serene residential environment. Being only 5 minutes away from the main commercial center of Kisseman and 30 minutes from the airport, we offer airport pickup service to visitors. The hotel has all the amenities and facilities of a large chain hotel but offers a personal touch associated with a family-run hotel. There are 3 conference rooms with AV equipment for business meetings, while the fully equipped gym and swimming pool caters for your fitness and leisure needs respectively

Hotel is not close to any of the locations mentioned. Very deceiving. Booked hotel over a month and on arrival they had no record of my reservation. Hotel was very difficult to find and not in a good side of town. No where close to the American Embassy and other locations mentioned. Poor lighting on the grounds and roads leading to hotel are in very bad shape, and traffic in the area
