We are incredulous to read your comment about the luggage service: it is our practice and pleasure to welcome our guests as soon as they enter the facility, accompanied by the bellman who takes care of collecting the luggage from the car itself; it is certainly not our custom not only not to assist the guest, but also to ignore him during these procedures. Gentile Sig.ra Eva Maria,la ringraziamo per averci piacevolmente illustrato la sua esperienza al Villa Athena Resort.Siamo felici di leggere che ha apprezzato la cortesia del nostro personale: tutti i membri dello staff sono sempre attenti ad assicurare il benessere e la serenità dei nostri ospiti.Siamo entuasiasti dei complimenti in merito al nostro ristorante la “Terrazza degli Dei: l’Executive Chef è molto attento nella scelta della materia prima e alle modalità di preparazione di tutte le pietanze. Dopo un confronto con la nostra spa therapist, è emerso il fatto che lei si fosse presentata in spa qualche minuto prima del suo appuntamento. La terapista ha quindi ritenuto opportuno farla accomodare in cabina annunciandole l’inizio del trattamento all’orario prestabilito e offrendole una tisana durante l’attesa. Come ha avuto modo di vedere la nostra suite spa accoglie un massimo di 2 persone per ogni slot orario, motivo per cui è sempre necessario prenotare i servizi e rispettare gli orari indicati al fine di poter godere al meglio dei servizi stessi.La aspettiamo presto e siamo certi che la bellezza della suggestiva location che la struttura offre unitamente alla qualità dei servizi proposti le permetteranno di godere a pieno di un piacevole soggiorno.Cordialmente,
