Good hotel, but some strange procedures!
Great hotel and value for the money, stayed in a suite. Only drawback pool is not heated. Did not like the fact that they take a picture of you (even of my kids), they already scan passports... Why this procedure... Makes you feel in a concentration camp. In Europe tbis would not be allowed.

When I booked , my expected was that Hyatt is a nice Hotel´s chain around the world and in this case is not in the level of my expected. The staf atended in the desk is not in the level that should be . Some details made my disagreement , really after pay a expensive price, and use the services in this hotel, don´t correspond to a five start hotel. Among other things, I think that after stay during 4 days living in this hotel, using the restaurant, and other service like the car for transport me to the fair ( very bad service and very expensive) I had to pay the wifi conection after make the check out

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt. Our work was at Ahmedabad University, which was a short uber ride away. We were especially impressed with the breakfast buffet, which had excellent range and quality. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Would certainly stay here again.

Lovely hotel on the river with wonderful views. I was upgraded to a river facing view which was a big bonus. Staff is a bit inexperienced and does not meet the high standards of Indian 4 and 5 star hotels. However, the more experienced staff more than made up for the ones less experienced so all was well.
