Living in the rainforest we need to be very conscious about the negative impact of our operation, that is sacrificing unnecessary extravagant luxury accommodations that are not part of the rainforest conservation.We are a family that help each other through the day. And if you have seen one of us doing different tasks of work it’s because we are a team that help each other where is needed to deliver a proper and professional service. In regards to the guides leaving you all alone we must clarify that you were in a waiting area when the tour was finished and it took a few minutes for the shuttle to pick you up, is not true that you were left alone.The tour desk offered you several choices of different tours available, but you decided to make it as cheap as possible. In your case a very convenient price was offered to join another group that you agreed on, but at the same time we offered you separate tours for an affordable price that you rejected.
