This is a beautiful home with a fabulous view of the lake. The deck is an excellent place to sit and visit with a cup of coffee while enjoying the tranquility of the spot. The home is also spacious and easily accommodated our 3 families getting together. Things to be aware of: The owner has cameras set up outside the home (I'm hoping they are just outside) and was continually checking in. We opened the front door to cool down the house on our first day we got a text asking us to close the door. We had family staying close by at the hotsprings - they stopped in for a 90 minute visit, we got another text asking how many people were staying. The how many people staying turned into a saga of text messages. When booking I contacted the owner as we were a group of 12 people - The owner charged me extra for our 2 extra guests and assured me we wouldn't be charged anymore. One family ended up bringing their nephew along taking our group to 13. We brought everything we needed to accommodate his stay. The owner then insisted on charging extra and wanted to charge more for the extra 2 that we had already paid for. I understand there is an extra charge for extra guests, that wasn't a problem. The entire night of texting (until 1 in the morning when I finally just turned my phone off) was a problem. The feeling of being watched while we were on holiday was a problem. We had gone out of our way to be upfront about bringing extra people and were treated very poorly.
