El principal problema son los sistemas de aire acondicionado/calefaccion, son demasiado viejos y generan un ruido espantoso que no permite dormir ni descansar. El dia 21 y 22 Dic.2021 me hospede en la habitacion 234 y el 2 Ene. 2022, en la habitacion 223 y las dos presentaron el mismo problema. Necesitan cambiar esos equipos para que vuelva a hospedar en ese hotel.

Right next to freeway. Noisy. Very difficult to access properly, due to freeway on and off ramps being right next to it. A/C in room very noisy. TV channels are meager. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Pros: nice restaurant and good food. Good wine and drinks. Pet treats upon arrival. Pet friendly room well equipped Cons: extremely small and limited shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Noisy on first floor, doors slamming which did not let us sleep well. Rooms/ hotel somewhat dated in appearance.

Very nice! Clean and quiet with security. Close to old town - walkable. Staff were nice and professional, we felt welcome. Service in the lounge was great and had live relaxing music. We had the small plates which were yummy. We plan on returning when back in Albuquerque.

The property is old and dated. My bathroom sink drained very slowly and needed cleaning out. The noise from the freeway and the refrigerator made it hard to sleep. It was overpriced for what you got. I will not be staying there again.

We loved this hotel! The room was spacious and beautiful with a very nice bathroom. It had a Kuerig for coffee or tea as well and included a hair dryer. There’s a wonderful restaurant just off the lobby called Wild Avocado which was a great surprise and very delicious for dinner. We had breakfast at Starbucks across the street. All in all a great experience. We’ll be back!
