Disfruta de la fabulosa Plaza Modern Southwest conocida como El Altos.  Esta propiedad de Irvie Homes está cargada de tecnología, decoración y necesidades para que cada estadía sea un placer. Esta casa está totalmente equipada con una cocina completa, televisores gigantes en todas las habitaciones, así como asistentes personales de Amazon Alexa en toda la propiedad.  Los Smart TV incluyen las bibliotecas de video Netflix y Amazon Prime.  También hay canales locales disponibles a través de antenas con alimentación.

Compramos esta propiedad con un tema distintivo del suroeste moderno en mente. A fines de 2019, realizamos una renovación completa con una cocina nueva, pisos de madera nuevos, muebles nuevos y productos electrónicos cargados en toda la propiedad.

Nos tomamos mucho tiempo y esfuerzo para adquirir obras de arte locales y algunas piezas temáticas de Modern Southwest. Mezclando algunas obras de arte antiguas y nuevas, realmente da una idea de Nuevo México.

Tendrá acceso a toda la propiedad con la excepción de algunas estanterías en el garaje donde almacenamos suministros.

En los meses de verano también tendrá acceso a la piscina comunitaria ubicada directamente a través de la puerta del patio trasero.

Tenemos un administrador de propiedad de tiempo completo que está disponible para preguntas y asistencia de propiedad según sea necesario.  Mi esposa Yaneth y yo vivimos en Albuquerque y estamos disponibles según sea necesario.  Su objetivo es garantizar que tenga una experiencia fantástica en cada estancia.  Si lees nuestras reseñas, creo que verás el nivel de hospitalidad y compromiso que hacemos con nuestros huéspedes. 

Cerca del vecindario hay varias tiendas de abarrotes que incluyen Sprouts, Whole Foods, Smiths y Walmart. También hay docenas de restaurantes locales que ofrecen comida increíble a precios razonables.  Algunos de nuestros restaurantes favoritos en el área incluyen Casa Taco, Stripes Burritos & Biscuits, Monroes, Scarpas, Thai Vegan, Siam Cafe, Trombinos, Bistro Italiano, Buffet King & Sadies. 

Albuquerque es un metropolitano muy extendido. Es bueno tener transporte en vehículo. Puede usar un coche de alquiler o confiar en Uber y Lyft.  Hay mucho transporte público, y San Mateo y la Academia son corredores importantes.

Fabulous Stay at El Altos - Albuquerque

We had a fantastic extended stay at this property! The townhouse was great - very clean, fully equipped kitchen and 4 large bedrooms, each with a smart TV. The hosts and property manager were very communicative, check-in/out were easy and there is a notebook with all relevant information for the property in the kitchen. The location was also perfect - close to I-25 and North East outiside activities, but also very easy to get to downtown and North West. We highly recommend this property and look forward to a return visit!

Family visit

We really enjoyed this property! This townhome was just perfect for visiting with our family. The bedrooms are so comfortable and the master shower was heaven after a very cold morning balloon ride. Cozy House

We had some issues but nothing that was not addressed with the managers. They responded quickly when contacted. A couple of things, nit deal breakers but would be more convenient. All the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with a main floor laundry so a laundry basket or 2 would have been helpful for transporting laundry up and down. There was one board game so onna down day, the game of Life got boring real fast. Kitchen was equipped but could use a few more better condition pans for cooking in. The closed off floor plan between the kitchen and living area was not the best but we made it work. And the railing going up the stairs are pretty wide. My 1 year old niece came over and stuck her head right between the spindles, didnt get stuck but still a little safety issue. Overall we had a good stay justvlittle things but not deal breakers.

Great Locaition

Checkin process was easy. The house was clean. There was a keurig with pods, and even bottled water in the fridge! Location was great.Close to our job in Bernalillo and very convenient to restaurants and the airport. Would definitely stay her again!

Absolutely loved it!

The place was spacious, clean and everything we needed. I got my best sleep of this whole vacation on these beds. The neighborhood was quiet. Carl came by and checked on things. We enjoyed sitting on the patio after a long day out. The place was big enough for the kids who were getting vacation tired to get away from everyone for a while in their own space. Our only regret was we didn’t get to spend more time exploring the area.

Family gathering

We rented both the Altos and Plaza properties with 5 adults and 1 child in one property, and 3 adults in the other property. Since they were right next door to each other, it was so convenient to see each other, coordinate activities and the location was great for the places we needed to go to. The kitchen was one of the best stocked that we had rented.

Great place for our family. Kids ages 7, 11,13

Carl was the property manager/representative. Nothing but professional and prompt. Easy check-in process and he was communicating the day of arrival proactively. Additionally, there was a courtesy check-in after a day or two to ask if we needed anything. The pool is easily visible from the back porch. Also, the community pool has all sorts of floatation tubes for all family members. Nice touch. Central air helped keep the home very cool, and there are several different pillow options. The property is close to a golf course with a four-mile walk-around sidewalk. Also, there is a kids' public park next to the golf course about a mile from the property. We would stay at any of the other Irvie Home properties they offer based on our experience with Carl.

Beautiful home and excellent location

I would rent this home again. We had a family vacation for 7 and enjoyed everything about this home. The location had a beautiful view of the mountains, private patio and a pool to enjoy. The area was very quiet and peaceful. You will be missing out on a great home if you don’t stay here.
