Muy buen hotel pero regular servicio
El hotel muy agradable aunque con pequeños fallos. La nevera de la habitación no funcionaba. El baño olía fatal. El aire acondicionado demasiado fuerte e imposible de controlar.

Lamentablemente reportamos que tanto el aire acondicionado y la ducha no funcionaban y en más de 2 días de estancia no fueron capaces de darnos una solución. Ni siquiera un reporte de la situación.

Reglas absurdas
El hotel estaba bien, limpio y cómodo, nada que objetar. Mi pega viene de que fuimos literalmente expulsados de la piscina situada en la parte trasera del hotel por ir con niños. Al parecer, los niños solo pueden hacer uso de la piscina de 8:30 a 10:00am. ¡¡De 8.30 a 10:00am!!! cuando la mayoría de niños a esa hora bien están durmiendo o bien están desayunando porque el desayuno cierra a las 10:30. Aun así, durante el horario de admisión de niños había unas cuantas familias que, si bien no se les admite que molesten a los huéspedes a otras horas, sí que se les permite que molesten a los huéspedes cuyas habitaciones dan directamente a la piscina trasera del hotel, como así fue el caso. En fin, un sinsentido.

Sin embargo, lamentamos no haber cumplido plenamente con sus expectativas con respecto a los estándares de uso del spa. El spa solo es accesible a partir de los 16 años, ya que complementa el circuito de spa. Gracias una vez más por su comentario y estaremos encantados de darle la bienvenida de nuevo a nuestro hotel. Muy mal trato por parte del staff. No nos facilitaron nada nuestra estancia y desaconsejamos la estancia aqui. Nos vendieron la entrada dentro de la estancia y estaba cerrado

El hotel es muy comodo y esta muy bien pensado para familias. Las villas son enormes, el personal simpaticos a mas no poder, precios muy aceptables para el tipo de hotel, localizacion inmejorable. Las playas de alrededor son las mejores y sus tres piscinas increibles. Volveremos seguro

EXCELENTE CON PEQUEÑOS DETALLES
POSITIVO: -Atención del personal. -Limpieza y decoración. NEGATIVO: -El SPA cierra a las 18:00 h ( es cuando nos apetecía entrar) -El desayuno regular. Poca variedad en general. -La conexión Wifi no llegaba a la habitación, y en las zonas comunes hay que pagar. Si solucionan estos tres problemas será perfecto.

Es un hotel nuevo, toas las instalaciones nuevas,has tenido varios detalles con nosotros( un cóctel de bienvenida para toda la familia en el bar, frutas en las habitaciones.........,garaje gratis, wi-fi gratis...) A mi me ha gustado mucho, definitivamente volvería.

When we were checking into the hotel, we were bounced around to several different staff, which was fine as we weren’t in a rush, but just generally felt quite disorganized and not very welcoming. We stayed in one of the apartment style rooms, which was very spacious with a living room and kitchen. However, the room itself and hotel seem like they are really in need of an update which made it seem unclean. When we arrived to our room, there was a stream of ants entering from a crack in the patio door, through the living room and bedroom and into the bathroom. The hotel and cleaning staff were quick to remedy the situation; however, not a great way to start the stay and we found at least one ant in our bed every night. We only ended up eating in a hotel restaurant once for a small snack as the prices here are significantly higher than the restaurants found in town. The hotel is in a quiet, secluded area and nice for walks to the bluffs, but if you are wanting to be in the town of Lagos, this is not the place for you. Definitely not a 5 star resort.

This was our second time here. We were amazed that the majority of staff were the same as last year and that they remembered us. We absolutely loved our stay here, they are large rooms with excellent bathrooms and large balcony. All the staff from the cleaners up are polite and very helpful. The restaurant has a good range on the menu all well prepared, there are a range of bar snacks too if you prefer. The bar is excellent with a wide range of cocktails, beers and wines. We will definitely return.

came here during offseason - its very difficult to find the amenities and you have to walk very very far to find anything and the signs are all wrong. We followed a sign that ended up taking us to parking lot and had I not held the door we would've been locked out with no service or a way to get back in. Overall, the staff was ok when we checked in and just demanded our passports right away. She literally said who are you? instead of Hello, how was your flight. It was also far away from everything. Next time I would just do another hotel closer to the beaches and the old town. It felt like a 3 star hotel and not a 5 star hotel

Gorgeous resort, right along the water with gorgeous views of the cliffs. We had a problem with the hot water in the first unit we were in. But the staff was very attentive and helped us immediately find another apartment and move all of our stuff over to the new location. I was very impressed with their professionalism. The restaurants on site are great options if you don't feel like venturing into Lagos. Very happy with our stay here.

I highly recommend this property. Amazing service. Great spa. AND wonderful trails to explore the cliffs that this property sits on. No need to gi anywhere for food unless u want to explore Lagos more. They have three restaurants on site and there’s a huge breakfast buffet with made to order omelettes. and pancakes. Two pools: one heated and one not. Overall, the service level is what impressed me the most. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful resort and the staff is exceptional. Our room was very large, clean, and comfortable and our balcony had an amazing view! The entire staff at the gastropub were excellent and the food and beverages outstanding!!

Amazing. The apartment was as comfortable as we could only wish - the kitchen, the dining area and the bedroom of course; so calm and cosy - can’t wish more. Highly recommend.

Big basic apartments and beautiful beach nearby
We stayed in the apartments which could be older than the actual hotel rooms. The room was big but very basic so 5 stars are more about the services that the resort provides (spa, gym, golf, tennis) and not the luxurious accommodation. We had a car so it was easy to reach but it is 30 min walk from Lagos-center so if you don’t have a car, you need a to prepare to walk to get to the restaurants etc. I would imagine this would be a perfect spot for families and groups. The trails and the beach nearby are soooo beautiful!

Our stay was lovely with great food and wonderful service. Hotel site is great for a beautiful hike or bike around. Small improvements on gym facilities (no wifi, needs more equipments, update equipments , spa pool should be heated as mentioned by staff) would make it perfect. We would return next time when we visit Lagos.

It's rated as a 5 star hotel but it felt like a 3-4 star hotel - the facilities are a bit run down pool towels needs an upgrade - in general the property needs an upgrade.

Nice property, bad front desk
Beautiful property with direct access to cliff walk. Front desk staff dress nicely but that's about it. Poorly trained. We asked for dinner reservations but they didn't make them. We were there three nights and air conditioning never worked. When we told the manager, there was no apology, no offer, just noted the problem "for the next guests." Loved the property, front desk was unhelpful.
