Me encantó el trato de sus empleados, la limpieza del hotel, las camas y almohadas, el desayuno, en fin, todo. Lo que no me gustó fue tener que irme tan rapido. Me hubiese gustado estar más tiempo.

Clean rooms, good service. Breakfast: 6:30 to 9:30. We stayed for two nights, no complaints.

Clean & comfortable, & relatively quiet even in my room right next to the elevator. My only real complaint is that the shower did not have hot water. The sink did, so not sure what was wrong. Staff was nice.

Your front end members were super sweet and always there to help you or just to talk if needed. The only thing that needed a little work was radiator kept changing temperature.

I was in the allentown area for the weekend and found this hotel to be in a convenient location. Staff that helped me check in were lovely and my checkout process was easy. I loved the included breakfast though i wish they had more options. The room was comfortable and the price was overall decent.

Holiday Inn West
My stay with fine at Holiday Inn express. Our room was comfortable. The only problem was, the shower pressure was very low and there was no hot water. Only lukewarm water, even after some time. That was really not pleasant. But the service was great besides that problem.

Excellent Stay
The hotel is very nice and clean. The service was top notch and breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is that the walls are on the thin side, so sometimes you can hear the neighbors.

Attended a Concert in Allentown PA
I just have a few suggestions. we would have liked it if our room refrigerator had 4 free bottles of water and possibly a few snacks. Was starved when finally got to hotel. Staff allowed us an early check in, which was great! Both front desk employees were excellent people. Very kind and very polite. Were very helpful Breakfast in am was good
