Excelente atención y servicio.
Excelente atención, sin solicitarlo nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación. El servicio es de lujo, nos recibieron con un cocktail de bienvenida. El hotel es una joya que aunque no te hospedes vale la pena conocer.

Excelente la ubicación¡¡ Las instalaciones del hotel son fabulosas, los desayunos son estupendos y con la vista al mar aún mejor. La comida del hotel es muy sabrosa y la presentación impecable. El personal del hotel es excelente, pero considero necesario resaltar a FRANCESCO quien con su amabilidad, don de gentes y especial pasión por su trabajo, me hizo sentir como en casa¡¡¡ Felicitaciones PD: Por mejorar el cumplimiento en los horarios de recogida en Amalfi

Precioso hotel
Me encanto el hotel. Solo la puerta de acceso es un poco peligrosa, pero una vez que estas en el hotel, todo es encantador. Tienen un servicio de shuttle que te llevan al centro. Tienem unas plantas y flores preciosas. Realmente es super recomendable.

El check in más largo de mi vida
Nunca había tardado tanto haciendo un chek in de hotel se presumen 5 estrellas y verdaderamente la recepción es ineficiente burocrática y poco amables. Juran que dándote un coktail ácido y feo pueden tardarse una hora completa en registrarte entiendo que la habitación no este lista casi en ningún hotel Italiano están listas las cosas a su hora siempre el Espere, disculpe, un minuto, etc... Es lo común en un país tan turístico y tan nada acostumbrado a respetar al turista, tan acostumbrado a mirar hacia otro lado y a ver que pasa... Pero a registrarte??. Luego lo típico traes una reserva de x categoría y quieren darte algo menos hacen lo imposible por ver que tanto aceptas lo que ellos quieren darte y cuando exiges entonces le hechas la culpa a Expedia que la reserva estaba mal hecha. Unos profesionales de aprovecharse si te dejas.... El hotel bonito, el desayuno malo... Y las habitaciones correctas pero no quieras descansar y levantarte un poco tarde ya que las mucamas y los trabajadores del hotel desde las 7 de la mañana ya tienen risas ruidos y gritos en la misma puerta de tu habitación. Y aunque pongas el letrero de no molestar ya te estarán abriendo la puerta y haciendo ruidos... En General no lo recomiendo mejor buscar otro sí vas a Amalfi.

Staff were extremely friendly. Welcoming to our toddler and provided high quality service with a smile. Harsh and the staff at the restaurant were so attentative. The woman in the front who helps with bookings secured a last minute reservation at a rooftop directly in front of the duomo. Stunning views and meal. Thank you for the amazing stay and memorable 40th birthday treats as well thanks to Harsh for going above and beyond. All of the staff were AMAZING and easy to talk with.

This hotel is fabulous. The hotel staff is very attentive to your needs and will bend over backwards to make you happy. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. It is centrally located as well with easy access to buses and ferries. I will definitely go back there again.

Overall great experience excpet the staff did not assist us in concierge services despite my multiple previous calls and emails asking, but the other guests who were checking in with us had plenty of help with restaruant booking. Not sure why the hotel picked and chose certain guests to help. Hotel also did not have capacity for in-hotel restaurants for dinner but no one told us in advance reservation was needed even though we asked. Hotel service would be improved and I wish they treated all guests the same

Gorgeous property and excellent service. Everyone is so polite and attentive. The front desk arranged for a few dinner reservations at popular restaurants and we always had the best table once we arrived. The views are breathtaking, the pool area lovely. We had a excellent room- 202. Beautiful and spacious room with private terrace. Amazing privacy and views.

Wish I could give it more than 5 stars
This place is amazing! The views are gorgeous, the location is perfect. The staff go over and beyond anything that could reasonably be expected. Unobtrusively there whenever you need them. We also had an outstanding meal at the restaurant. The great food kept coming in wave after wave. Kristian was one of the best servers we have ever had. If you are going to Amalfi, splurge and book your stay here and get at least one meal in their restaurant - you will not regret it. It's what memories are made from.
