“Es war einfach phantastisch, äusserst gepflegte Anlage mit grossem Garten, vielen Palmen und Bäume mit grossem infinity Pool. Das Haus ist ein Schmuckstück der Extraklasse, der Service zuvorkommend und freundlich und das Essen gut. Die Kommunikation auf englisch hat nicht immer geklappt aber der Wille war immer da und die Hilfsbereitschaft. Ich hoffe ich kann wiederkommen”

“I tried to check in on the day at Ayowa Grand Hotel and the Hotel management refuse to let us check in saying they did not received money I paid on line! “Do not do business with this hotel. This hotel cancelled my reservation without notifying me before my stay. They overbooked the entire hotel and had no more rooms left even after having a booking confirmation number and payment. They also wouldn't refund me even after I wasn't able to stay there. It took 3 weeks to get my money back after many calls with them. I wouldn't ever stay here. There is however a bungalow house nearby that I'd absolutely recommend instead of this hotel. ”
