Hotel was nice and modern. Room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint was that the bathroom smelled like cigarettes. There’s lots of food nearby and a supermarket.

Spa is Not operative despite the fact Expedia website states'' SPA'' , there is No access to the mall yet from the hotel. the hotel is New, People are Nice. rooms are nicely decorated.

Je tenais à remercier tout le personnel qui est super avenant et attentifs, lors de notre arrivée mon adolescent c’est rendu compte qu’ils avait oublié son sac à dos au Mac Donald’s qui était entre l’aéroport et le Radisson. A partir d’une photo , il se sont tous démenés pour retrouver le restaurant puis appelé au téléphone plusieurs Mac Do. Après une demi-heure de recherche , le restaurant a été identifié et le manager a confirmé que le sac était bien la. J’ai récupéré le sac avec mon IPAD et mon Casque Boss. Merci au Radisson et au Jordanien pour leur gentillesse. En France je ne l’aurais jamais retrouvé. PETIT DEJ SUPER👍

Terrible Hotel
Dont stay here. The hotel is a con. Booked a room for 4 people and we were given a room with 1 bed upon arrival. Were told that was all they had available and i would need to pay more money if i wanted the room i paid for in the booking.

The staff are the sweetest. They are always asking to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable beds, and soft big towels. Definitely needed after traveling. Only complaint i have, thin walls. You can hear your neighbors.

New Hotel in Amman
Me and my business partners stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. It's a very new hotel just next to a mall named Galleria Mall (only the supermarket is worth mentioning there). The breakfast was good (special thanks to Sara for her smiling and helpful attitude), the c/in process was smooth, the rooms are spotless and hotel is centrally located. Recommended, wish them luck in their business.
