Vacaciones largas en Amsterdam
Tuvimos una estadia (larga) de 26 dias, todo perfecto con el Hotel, personal muy atento , buen servicio de limpieza, facilidad para el uso del Kitchenet, bastante bien equipada. Muy silencioso y comfortable la habitacion. Los servicios para lavado y secado funcionan de manera adecuada. Todo muy bien, regresaremos en alguna proxima visita.

Das Zimmer war wunderschön, es gab auch alles, was man zum Kochen und Putzen brauchte. Das Schlafsofa war etwas unbequem. Es gab kein Wasser zum Trinken im Kühlschrank und vor allem Zahnpasta im Badezimmer.

The hotel interior and room were very nice and was a nice surprise as the exterior is a bit basic. Staff were helpful and had a good quiet night’s sleep. Bed comfortable and room well appointed.

U gaf helaas aan dat uw verblijf niet naar wens was, met name de schoonmaak was niet in orde en de bedden waren te hard. Allereerst, onze oprechte excuses voor de ongemakken die u heeft ervaren tijdens uw verblijf. Wij streven er naar om elk gast een comfortabel verblijf te geven en helaas zie ik dat wij u hierin teleurgesteld hebben. Ik heb rondgevraagd bij mijn collega's of zij iets eerder van uw klachten hadden vernomen maar helaas geven zij aan dat u niet eerder bij receptie bent gekomen om uw klacht met ons te delen. Vaak helpt dit wel om problemen sneller op te kunnen lossen, nu was dit niet het geval helaas. Mocht u toch naderhand mij precies willen toelichten wanneer en wat er gebeurt is tijdens uw verblijf, dan kan ik dit intern verder oppakken. Ik heb uw feedback gedeeld met mijn Housekeeping Manager om dit soort problemen te voorkomen in de toekomst. Nogmaals Marcel, onze oprechte excuses voor alle ongemakken die u heeft ervaren tijdens uw verblijf bij ons. Great Stay for Families
Great stay for our overnight in Amsterdam. Although very expensive for a family of 4 to get from Hoofddorp into Amsterdam on public transport. We loved our suite - were able to have breakfast in our room.

Not really Convenient for Airport Travelers
The hotel isn't really close to the airport, it isn't terribly easy to get to or from the airport from there. Additionally, if you want to rely on public transport, you're going to be using the bus from here, not the train. It's a serviceable hotel, but given these limitations, you can probably do better if you want to be close to the airport.

I can highly recommend ER Hoofddorp. All the staff are excellent, the hotel is very clean and the room are modern and well-equipped. Also, there is free parking and good public transport. Finally, the price is always reasonable for what you get

This is a hotel where you stay when you make a stopover at Schiphol. I call it a sleeping factory. It is rather new, but the ambiance is low. You might call it boring. A walk to the centre of Hoofddorp takes about 20 minutes. My room was well equiped with a pantry, cooking plate and microwave. Decent bath room. The bed was okay. The AC makes a lot of noise. The room is quite big. There is a fitness room on the 1st floor.

New immaculate hotel with lovely staff.
We had an amazing stay! We were given free early check in, all staff we spoke to were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the room was immaculate. It had a mini fridge, microwave and hob top along with essential crockery. On the 1st floor there were laundry facilities and an iron. The hotel is less than a mile from the RER train station which is an easy walk or you pay €4.50 for the car park at the park and ride. You do need to buy a train/bus/tram ticket and scan in and out of the station within an hour of parking to receive the discount. Make sure you pay at the standalone machine and follow the instructions to scan your ticket to validate the reduced price. Train was €31 for two days and we could travel on any of the above plus the Metro. The journey into Amsterdam Central was 30 mins. There is also the bus397 which wasn't running properly when we stayed due to formula 1. And I believe this and the 300 stop outside the hotel and take around 40-45 mins.

Mooi hotel, iets buiten het centrum, bus stopt voor de deur en een halte verder is het centraal trein- en busstation van daaruit is het nog een paar minuten naar winkelcentrum. Parkeerplaats voor de deur.

Connected to the airport by bus, a 10 minutes ride, the hotel is confortable, the area around is green and quiet. It is well connected to the centre of Amsterdam (by the same buses that go to the airport), even if it's a 40 minutes ride for the city centre. The rooms are small, but this is standard in the Amsterdam area. The breakfast is very good. Very clean and confortable, perfect for our stopover during a longer trip.

Family of 5, perfect sized room. Cleen, modern and safe. Free parking outside. We had a 2 days trip for Amsterdam planned. This was a very Nice Hotel with large room for 5 persons. Easy to find parking house in Amsterdam ca 26 km Away from Hotel. Very Nice room. Recomend this.
