La habitación que escogimos (cuadruple) se encontraba en una planta subterránea con obras y estaba completamente llena de polvo, retiramos una de las camas y salieron objetos de otros huespedes y más polvo, al ser alérgica me afectaba bastante. Los trabajadores fueron amables trayendonos un microondas (sucio) para calentar unas infusiones que necesitabamos ya que no disponen de restaurante. No limpian ni hacen las camas a diario. Algo bueno es la ubicación del hotel ya que está a menos de 20 minutos de la estación de tren de Zaandam y en 20 minutos estás en Amsterdam. La limpieza como ya he dicho deja mucho que desear, tanto es que tuve que hacerles foto, contando incluso con telarañas en algunas esquinas de la habitación.

The recepcionist was not in the counter some times. The water in the shower did not flow correctly trough the draner so some times it flooded. Zaandam is a nice and cozy place and having a supermarket near by was fantastic!!!!

1. Das """Hotel""" liegt nicht 8 Minuten von Amsterdam Centraal und ist weit weg vom Bahnhof Zaandam. 2. Es sieht aus eher wie ein Stundenhotel. 3. Das Zimmer, dass ich gekriegt habe ist gar nicht das Zimmer, das ich reserviert habe. Das Zimmer war viel kleiner und die Einrichtung schlecht. Es gab keinen Schrank und der Teppich war dreckig und hat gestunken. Das ganze Gebäude hat einen komischen Geruch, eine Mischung zwischen alt und Fisch. Das Badezimmer war komisch, mit dem Klo direkt in der Dusche. Wie unsauber war das Badezimmer, kann man leider nicht beschreiben. Ekelhaft ist zu wenig. Der Abfluss der Dusche hat nicht funktioniert. Als wir dem Personal bescheid gegeben haben, uns wurde ein anderes Zimmer versprochen. Leider hat uns keiner mehr darüber gesprochen. Keiner vom Personal hat sich wirklich um die Gäste gekümmert. Das Zimmer wurde nie aufgeräumt, nicht geputzt und das Bett nie gemacht. Das Treppenhaus war schmutzig und die Stoffabdeckung auf den Treppen war teilweise abgerissen. "Stolpergefahr"!!! Und all das zu dem Preis von 5 Sterne Hotel! Ich bewundere, dass Expedia das Hotel seinen Kunden empfehlt. Finger weg vom Laden. Ich erwarte eine Erklärung von Expedia!!

ci hanno dato un’altra camera rispetto a quella che avevamo prenotato senza darci troppe spiegazioni, ed era in condizioni pietose, i letti con lenzuola che probabilmente non sono state lavate e stropicciate, per terra c’era lo schifo, e nel bagno è già tanto che c’era la cartigenica, gli asciugamani abbiamo dovuto chiederli perché in stanza non c’erano, mai visto un posto che offrisse un servizio così scarso e lercio

Bei unserer Ankuft wurde uns das falsche Zimmer zugewiesen. Das Personal war dafür recht freundlich und hat uns ein neues Zier gegeben. Das neue Zimmer hatte jedoch keine Handtücher, Seife sowie Haartrockner. Der Zustand der Zimmer und die Sauberkeit waren sehr schlecht. Die Bilder in der Beschreibung haben gar nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Fenster waren kaputt und ließen sich nicht vollständig schließen. Die Unterkunft kann ich keinem weiterempfehlen.

Misleading advert on the property. Al lot of amenities mentioned were not available. We were lock out the second day of our stay. The shower was a joke and the was broken. And you get burn as every time you end up hitting the tap.

Ik heb nog nooit zo'n erg hotel gezien. Het was super vies, alles was kapot zelf gaten in de handoeken, gordijnen kapot en konden niet dicht, behang hing van de muur, badkamer was heel veel in gerookt. Kortom zeker niet aan te raden.

Market very close with cheap food and amazing breads. Short walk to bus station, 30 ish minutes outside of Amsterdam. Perfect if you get the Amsterdam card the bus line is included and you save a lot being outside of the city. If you don't mind local market food and cheap water with some walking, this was a fun stay for my trip.

Hotel receptionist he was rude and homophobic, the room was not clean, vomit on the wall, stained bedsheets, walls either had mould and ripped in places, the toilet seat was broken and the sink was hanging off the wall. The carpet was not hoovered and curtain was hanging off, the fridge plug was melted and socket was melted with the pin still in.

It’s okay according to price receptionist man very nice and humble easy to check in and check out near too Zaandam station and near deka market for breakfast just 2 minutes away and too many options for dinner De griek restaurant very good for dinner. Beds in good condition but bed sheets and duvet cover has some stains. Hotel provide towel’s, toilet paper and shampoo .

We was staying for just over 5 days and on our first night our room was moved and we was not informed so we entered the room with none of our stuff inside and other peoples luggage. Later on in our stay our keycard to the door stopped working and when we eventually got hold of the guy he told my mate to piss off twice

- Front desk is always empty, guests are expected to phone a mobile number to get the attention of the staff. - Phone won’t be answered and staff will turn up after five or six rings. - Key to the room stopped working each night and had to get the staff to rewrite the card. - Second night the key didn’t work, staff decided to block my number so I couldn’t get a hold of them. Luckily the guest in the next room key didn’t work and could get through. - Room was falling apart, light removed and left with exposed wiring in the bathroom. Mirror was falling off the wall, wallpaper was ripped off the wall, there was an electrical burn in the one corner of the room. Fridge only produces heat when plugged in. - No clean towels each day. - Cleaning equipment left in the halls. - Hallway to rooms has exposed walls and missing wallpaper.

Hotel a éviter. Mauvaises odeurs partout dans l'établissement. Mauvais était des chambres. Fenêtres partiellement bloquée par le mobilier. Draps contour trop petits pour le matelas qui se défont tout le temps. Taches sur les draps. Point positif, silencieux et tranquille.

Shower curtain not shower cubicle. Bottom of curtain has mould. One morning we had a load of tiny little flies come out of the drain in the shower. If you don’t use shower curtain everything gets wet. When we arrived we had to request 2 hand towels and a bin. When we asked for bin to be emptied next day it wasn’t done. The area outside the hotel was very run down. But the staff were lovely.

There was no partition between shower and toilet, therefore after shower, the toilet would be flooded. There was not even a chair for sitting down. Very bad experience.

The room was so dirty and disgusting I didn’t feel comfortable laying in the bed. Right after I had walked into my room a random person used a key to get into my room while I was in there, she said sorry and walked out, she was not a hotel employee. I no longer felt comfortable leaving my passport and belongings in the room after my encounter with the random person. I showed up a little early and was advised my room was not ready yet, he said he would call me when it was ready and I got no notification from the receptionist that cleaning was finished, I walked back in at normal check in time and was given access then. The receptionist was unfriendly. When I got into my room I immediately noticed the sheets on the bed had not been washed, it was not vacuumed, I found gum on the wall, to clean the bathroom they just hosed it down with the shower and let water sit on everything no drying. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, dust everywhere, no channels on the tv, no tv remote, no soaps in the bathroom of ANY kind. The bed was stained and looked like someone took it out of a trash can. Hair from the previous tenants all over the sheets. There was what looked to be blood splattered on the wall. The blinds weren’t even hung up correctly. Rusty toilet paper holder.

We did not stay for the booked 2 nights. The place was not clean and no facilities in room as advertised. Bedsheets had stains. Staff we saw were friendly.
