Normalito pero no gracias.
El hotel, que no miente cuando dice tener 2'5 estrellas aun cuando media le sobra, está en el centro junto a la estación central y para desplazarse por los lugares de interés es perfecto y equidistante de cualquier lugar a pie, pero hasta ahí llega lo bueno. El hotel está en una zona semipeatonal con bares, restaurantes y algun que otro coffee shop, con lo que eso conlleva, no se puede dormir antes de las 2 de la mañana. El registro fue rápido y sin problemas. El hotel dispone de ascensor (pequeño), las escaleras de caracol son empinadas, estrechas e impracticables con maletas pero la habitación, si bien medianamente aceptable de tamaño, necesitaba una buena mano de actualización, el mobiliario antiguo, no (muy) deteriorado, el wifi bien, se sintonizaba TVE SAT, pero sólo imagen sin sonido, ningún otro canal español, el baño de dos piezas (lavabo, retrete y plato ducha) con jabón de manos y gel ducha que no se cambiaba desde hacía varias estancias anteriores, si bien el servicio de limpieza era diario con cambio de toallas. Sin servicio de bar o máquina de café/té (para mi caso, indiferente), sí había máquina expendedora. El desayuno soso, monótono, gris, aburrido y muy poco apetecible. No lo reconsideraría para otra ocasión, lo único bueno es el sitio el resto ni por sus instalaciones, servicios, comodidades me pareció atractivo y en comparación con cualquier hotel de ciudad de España, viene a ser una pensión grande. ¿Recomendable? Yo no lo quiero para mi.

El hotel está muuuy bien ubicado... lo malo es que está muy descuidado, la habitación que nos asignaron estaba sucia, las cortinas tenían demasiado polvo y la colcha y toallas estaban manchadas.

Esta en una excelente ubicación. La cama muy cómoda. El baño tenía mal olor y las puertas de la ducha no estaba en buenas condiciones, al igual que el tapete de la habitación se veía viejo y sucio. Pienso que deberían invertir en esos detalles para que sea un hotel más acogedor. El desayuno es bueno, tenía variedad.

Aceptable para una estancia corta
Lo mejor del hotel la situación, está muy próximo a la estación central y a todo lo mas frecuentado de Amsterdam. A los museos hay que tomar tranvía. Si no exiges mucho, el hotel te puede servir, estuve en una triple y dado lo que ofrece Amsterdam en este sentido no estuvo mal dado que pasas la mayor parte del tiempo fuera. Las camas cómodas y limpias. No hay toalla para salir del baño. El desayuno es sencillo pero aceptable. Lo recomendaría si alguien va en mis mismas circunstancias.

Muy bien ubicado.
La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, la cama grande con colchón nuevo, teníamos 2 almohadas 1 bien, la otra una "feta de fiambre". En el baño le falta algún gancho para colgar el toallon y toallas, faltó también alfombra piso baño, cuando salís de ducharse y tomar el toallon te podes patinar. El desayuno bueno y completo. Otro punto muy bueno nos guardaron las valijas sin costo extra.

Expedia placed both me and my wife in a situation hotel that was not safe for me or convenient for my stay in Amsterdam. When I called Expedia for assistance in the matter the agent gave me the run around. Reset assured I am going let group I know about bad situation that Expedia placed my wife and I into.

Leider konnte man in dem Zimmer das Fenster nicht öffnen. Beim Bezug des Zimmers hat es doch sehr stark nach Marihuana gerochen. Gab auch keine Klimaanlage um es irgendwie mit Frischluft zu versorgen. Der Aufzug ist sehr eng (max. 3 Personen)

Diese unterkunft wahr nicht sauber und die matratze bettdecke waren wirklich sehr eklig, wir hatten ein zimmer mit whirlpool gebucht aber der whirlpool war defekt. Wir hatten unseren hund dabei un den mussten wir immer tragen wenn wir das zimmer verlassen wollten denn es ist unmöglich für hunde diese 10stuffen im zimmer runterzugehen.

This hotel was clean and comfortable and we felt safe inside the entire time. The room was pretty spacious and the bathroom had a shower enclosure, which seems to be pretty rare in older properties. It even had a lift! Luggage storage was convenient and free. The only thing to look out for is that if you need a well-lit room or a property that’s very quiet, you might want to look elsewhere. Even with every single light in the room on, it was very dark. There wasn’t a party vibe in the hotel at all but you could hear people as they walked by your room talking and the floor was a bit creaky and shaky. It didn’t cause a problem for us, but if you need silence, it might not work for you. Otherwise, a comfortable, pleasant stay. Take note that this property is very close to the train station, but it is also in the red light district with some interesting vibes and “scenery” as well as some family unfriendly shops.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! Staff was very accommodating and helped us plan and book our tours! The location is absolutely perfect! Walking distance to hundreds ds of amazing restaurants and bars. The train station. Ferry harbor. And the red light district! 10/10!! Thank you!!!

Good: cheap, very convenient, shockingly quiet for the area, elevator available, bathroom was new and pretty nice. Bad: radiator could not keep up with the near freezing temps outside, spots that looked like mold in the room, layout of the hotel is quite odd where even with the elevator I still had to go up and down several sets of stairs to get to my room.

Einzelzimmer sind sehr laut. Da sind irgendwelche Geräte in der Umgebung 24 stunden im Betrieb, so dass man nicht schlafen kann. Das war für mich gar nicht akzeptable. Die Reception wollte mir auch leider kein Alternative anbieten.

The hotel is located in the city center near all the shopping and dining options you could possibly want. Near the Red Light district, the Central Station, and shopping district. Within easy walking distance of the station, you can catch a tram, bus, ferry, or train anywhere you want to go. Took me a solid 12 minutes to get to the museum area. The staff was awesome at helping me find things to do and navigate the area. They were super friendly and made sure I was comfortable and enjoying myself. This is a older building (circa 1700s) so be aware that it's not a five star place but it was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place for adults planning on enjoying the city center.
