Buen hotel cerca del aeropuerto para utilizar para descansar entre vuelos. Buen servicio y habitaciones cómodas. Lo único comentar las pocas opciones de comida en los alrededores y que la cena tipo buffet no ha sido la mejor.

CUIDADO CON ESTE HOTEL
En el comedor del hotel, solo me di la vuelta de la mesa donde desayunábamos cuando se robaron mi bolso, con dinero y documentos y medicina El hotel fue totalmente indiferente y me responsabilizo, en la agencia de policía, fueron super amables agilizaron la denuncia, pero también nos enteramos que en la zona donde está el hotel, operan bandas de delincuentes. El hotel se negó a mostrarnos el video No lo recomiendo

Very nice and comfortable room. Very good restaurant inside the hotel. Perfect if you need to rest before your next flight and want to stay close to the Airport. The airport shuttle service works very good starting 630 am.

Excelente hotel en todos los aspectos. El desayuno muy bueno y bien organizado para evitar aglomeraciones. Está lejos del centro pero con el Shuttle que te lleva al aeropuerto y el tren que llega al centro en 20 minutos llegas.

2 de las 3 noches que reserve en el Hyatt nunca hicieron mi habitación, llegaba por las noches y estaban sin tender las camas, sin toallas, el cesto de basura lleno, reclame peor decían que no tenían personal de limpieza en la noche literal solo me dieron toallas, adjunto soporte con fotografias

Lovely hotel if you need to be close to airport
We were only there for one night. While getting downtown is a bit of a hike (shuttle to airport, train into town from airport), it was perfect so we could make our early morning flight.

Buen hotel de paso
Hotel perfecto para estadía corta o de paso para tomar el avión. No sta indicado en el aeropuerto donde tomar el bus de traslado y hay que esperar. Buenas instalaciones. Buen desayuno.

Housekeeping terrible, not to the standard of a four stars hotel, not for Hyatt standard - towels had a big ring yellow stain on it, Kleenex box was empty, so they replace it by sticking two pieces sticking out of the old box. No water bottle waters upon check in as advertised, coffee cup was dirty and not replaced …Beside the disappointment of housekeeping, the breakfast was good and abundance, airport shuttle was convenience.

Electric Kettle Temperature Controlled Room Mini Refrigerator Large TV King Size Bed Large Bathroom Built-in toiletries in the shower Room size is good for 2 adults and 1 child Room had a futon (appeared to be a full size bed) Good amount of wall outlets (2) Window roller shades for privacy Wardrobe has a built-in light that turns on when opened There were a good selection of breakfast items More than (2) elevators for convenience Elevators controlled by using room key in order to select floor number Nearby grass areas for walking pets - Shower door doesn't close all the way - No infant crib in the room - Vehicle parking spots are tight, recommend widening each spot by 2 feet - Smoking area is too close to the entrance of the hotel, recommend moving it away from the entrance - Hotel was reserved through Expedia which included free breakfast and parking, Hotel front desk representative (first name started with "A") said there is no free parking, thankfully, the Filipino representative next to the first representative noticed the note on their monitor that free parking was included on my reservation

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The only negative point, was that the shuttle bus was not wheelchair accessible, despite being advertised as such. However the hotel did agree to pay for taxis to and from the airport.
