Peu de services. Il a fallu attendre au deuxième jour pour que quelqu’un répare la poignée de la porte d’entrée. Il y avait aussi un faux contact avec l’éclairage dans les chambres. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner formule buffet, bien. Dommage que le bar ne soit ouvert que pour les repas

This was a perfect place to stay in this quaint, charming little piece if Europe. Yomo Centric is situated right on the main pedestrian esplanade in the city center of Andorra La Vella. Restaurants, Caldera Spa, shopping of every kind, and a supermarket were all within easy walking distance. Our room was spacious and spotless. Closet could use more hangers and the front desk saw to our request for more of those. Terrific buffet breakfast in the morning.

Good modern hotel
In the town center of Andorra, very convenient to all shoppings. Spacious room, new and clean, with a modern feeing in all aspects. Offer very good buffet breakfast with lots of varieties.

Great location great staff
I did not have a chance to take pictures but the cleaning staff weren’t above and beyond each day, great hotel for families. The breakfast has everything you can think of, delicious coffee, waiters were always nice to us. Front desk staff always ready to help and greeted us each day with a smile, will stay here every time we visit Andorra

Lovely hotel. Very central for the town. Parking a bit difficult, you must go to the second floor to access hotel lift. Lovely balcony with table and chairs. Kettle in the room with coffee but no milk. Would recommend this hotel.

Good location, clean room, front desk helpful for touring advise. Self-serve coffee bar not supplied with ample cream, coffee, and cups. Early morning checkout desk clerk ran credit card multiple times and uncertain to what he was doing resulting in overpaying for the room by more than double (Nearly $500!). Hotel office manager offered to look into it and requested copies of receipts. All receipts were emailed to the front office at their request and no response or acknowledgement that any refund would be credited. Front office will no longer respond to follow-up emails. Working with our credit card company to resolve this.

Awful aggressive receptionist
The room was let down by the bathroom. The shower head jets were full of calcium deposits. So we had to clean it to use it. The sealant around the shower looked like it had been put on with a shovel. Some of it was discoloured. However breakfast & location very good. But on 3rd night a family took the 2 rooms next to us. The first night the yelling, banging and running around started at 10.30pm. At 11.15 pm I went and asked for them to be quiet. There was a female adult in the 1st room - she apologised and all quiet within 15 minutes. The second night it started again at the same time but the children were also running up and down in the corridor. At 11.30pm I went out. No adults. 2 children ran yelling into one room, slamming the door and the others ran off and got in to the lift. In the morning we complained. The reservations manager was called. She apologised and said she would move us and upgrade us to a junior suite (room 510). Our possessions would be moved and to ask for the new key on our return. So we did. The “chief”receptionist said that she wasn’t giving us the suite but another room on the original floor. She also said that our belongings hadn’t been moved as “they didn’t do that”. When we expressed our disappointment she said that the family had checked out so our original room was ok. So apology and upgrade gone. Got into old room. Not been serviced. Went back to receptionist. She became very aggressive when I complained. Moved ourselves to new room.

Excellent accommodation in the middle of action
For most people, the main reason for visiting Andorra is shopping. The Centric Atiram is located just in the middle of the action. Additionally, it offers great accommodations, amenities, service and breakfast.

Booked this hotel for access to the spa facilities. Only possible if you book a massage/treatment. Un-able to give us a double bed, when we booked it. Air conditioning not working until 6pm (was very hot in our room before then) and after 6pm still didn’t work. Room fine, bathroom tired. Won’t be going back.

Parking a nightmare.
All good except there is no access to the hotel by road. The sat nav takes you to 100 meters away the rest is a pedestrian zone. Where you stop you cannot leave the car so we had to unload the car and some of the party carried luggage to the hotel and I had to find a place to park. On check in You are told there is parking but you need to negotiate a complicated one way system to fund it. We did all that and found that despite the 1 km drive the exit if the parking is 20 m from the hotel. If only we had been told this up front. It added considerable stress. Hotel get your act together please. Other than that staff were lovely and all facilities were good.

Not what I expect from a 4*+ hotel. To call the rooms 3* is generous, although the lobby area has been refreshed. Rooms a bit tired, and the amenities were more Ibis standard than 4* spa hotel. Good service from lovely staff, but the hotel itself was disappointing.

Good central location let down by staff
Did not start well, twice during check-in the girl serving us stopped to answer incoming phone calls, what should have taken 2 minutes took almost 10. She also told us that the Spa was included except massage treatments so we decided to use the hot tub and sauna. The attendant there however insisted that it was chargeable at 10 euros each. We went ahead as we were there anyway but asked for towels as there were none available. He said he would call to have some delivered (?). After an hour we came out the Spa, still no towels. Claimed he had called 3 times but nobody delivered any. As far as he was concerned, he'd tried so we walked back to our room - wet. Discussed with the manager at checkout he didn't seem to care much either, just insisted that the Spa was an extra charge. Wouldn't stay there again but then I doubt we'll be back in Andorra, there really isn't much to see.

Central shopping hotel in Andorra
This hotel was in a perfect central location. You are literally in the center of the shopping district. When walking out of the hotel stores surround you and it is across form a Starbucks. The rooms were perfect and I think they upgraded us for free. The bathroom has both a bath tub and a shower which makes it more spacious. We asked for a quiet room and they gave us a room with a window into the atrium which was quiet. The window actually opened so you could hear the rain in the afternoon which was so pleasant. The breakfast buffet was European style so they had many meats and cheeses available (and even some sparkling wine) so that you could start your day with a Mamosa. The staff was professional yet friendly and helpful. The climate control in the room worked perfectly and there was a small refrigerator to store your snacks and drinks. They had a parking lot available with elevators into the hotel. It was an extra charge of €18 a day but it was safe and there was decent space betweeen cars compared to other garages in Europe. There is a river just a block away from the hotel which has some cute local cafés so you can sit and watch the river. This is one location where I would recommend a car so you can drive to the other villages unless your main point is to go there to go shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

Make sure room is perfect before unpacking!
This was our third stay! When we opened the door on our 6th floor room there was a slight oder but the roo A little jaded but comfortable. We had a resonable meal in the hotel. Returning to the room after 11pm, the smell was throughout the room (appeared to be from the drains). We phoned reception and got the night porter who did not understand our complaint. After struggling we opened the windows and closed bathroom off so smell disapated. Still had little sleep very upsetting. In the morning we were doubted by the receptionist and struggled to make her understand. Will think twice about staying again!
