Superb Attention to Detail

Best VRBO stay I've had in many years
To our wonderful Hosts Jeff and Diane, Thank You so much for allowing us too spend such a wonderful 3 days at your home. It was perfect. My family Denise (daughter), Ana (Spouse) and Marissa (Granddaughter) had such a wonderful time for Easter 2024. You made your place perfect for our stay. It was very clean and we had all the amenities whic we needed. It was close to the University of Michigan, which Marissa attend's and close to all the shop's, restaurants and the downtown area near by. We will definitely keep you home in mind for a future stay. Perfect Spot in Ann Arbor
This small apartment, just down the street from one our favorite restaurants, Zingerman's Roadhouse was wonderful! It's only 10 minutes from campus and Kerrytown. The instructions were clear, and everything was just as stated. An added plus was there being a very nice coffee house called 19 Drips was right next door. Our hosts provided a thoughtful $5 gift card for 19 Drips. we'll definitely be back in the future.

Great experience!
I couldn’t wait to give a review of this stay! This has to be the cleanest VRBO property in which I’ve ever stayed. For me that it mainly what I’m after. The house had all the amenities you’d need, and then some. The house is right off I94 so location is convenient to everything. I had no problems so no need to message the owners but check in/out process was a breeze. I will definitely stay here again.

Great last minute find.

Perfect stay! Exactly what we needed!
Visited friends that lived in the same neighborhood. Jeff and Diane’s place is a gem! It’s stocked with everything one could need. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, the cookies, candy dish and $5 gift card to 19 drips next door. The beds were comfy and the kids loved having their own TV. The neighbors upstairs were very quiet and we only heard occasional footsteps above us. We would certainly stay here again if we ever visited Ann Arbor again.

Checking out University of Michigan and Ann Arbor
My daughter will be attending graduate school at U of M this fall, and we visited Ann Arbor from out of state to find her housing. The apartment was ideally located to all apartment complexes we visited as well as to the University. The apartment was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. My husband and I hope to return to visit Ann Arbor and our daughter!

A pleasant stay!
We had a great experience renting the bottom unit of this duplex. Check in was a breeze. Met the neighbors upstairs, very nice and friendly people. The place had everything we could need. It was in an excellent location. Great neighborhood to walk around, especially with our pup. Nice, cozy place that I have nothing but good things to say about. If you’re planning a stay in Ann Arbor, I’d recommend staying here!

Great location if visiting the U of Michigan
We had a great time at this location, everything was clean and tidy and the kitchen and bath were well stocked. The owner is local and checked in on us at the beginning and end of our trip. We were close to shopping, trails, the University and the local pool and lakes. Had a great time here and would highly recommend the property. Remember to bring your logins for streaming tv if you plan to stay in.

Ann Arbor trip
We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The couple living upstairs was nice and helpful. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cut our trip short by a day but enjoyed the time we were there.

Nice little place, good location
We weren't sure what to expect when we googled the apartment location. It's a couple blocks away from a mall, adjacent to a cemetery, and a block away from the expeessway entrance. But we were pleasantly surprised to find it at the edge of a lovely neighborhood and a few blocks away from lakes with walking trails. So the combinatiin of places to walk in nature plus easy access to shopping, restaurants and I94 worked well for us. The apartment is small but had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we didn't hear road noise. All in all we were very pleased.

Great location and an efficient unit with everything you need
Our family of four stayed here for five weeks and it was a comfortable place in an excellent location. We could walk to the pool at Vets and all the Westgate shops like Zingerman's Roadhouse and Kroger and the Library. We even walked downtown one fine evening (about two miles) and there is a bus stop right there as well we used a few times. Sadly the coffee shop is currently closed but there are several in Westgate. The neighborhood is also a treat to walk and my wife even made friends with a neighbor and they'd go on walks together and the upstairs tenants were also very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and the little dishwasher had the heart of a champion. We had two small kids in tow and this spot was great for us. Many thanks,

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Great location, cute neighborhood, and lots of amenities. We appreciate the great cookware, the blender, the coffee maker - made it easy to cook breakfast while on town visiting family. Great stay!!!
Jeff and Diane were the perfect hosts! The pantry was stocked and they even left us a box of cookies. The apartment was meticulously clean and very comfortable for our week long stay for a wedding. The upstairs neighbors are very friendly and helpful. The local area is full of sights and any restaurant you could possibly want. A very minor problem with an appliance was dealt with immediately by Jeff. I would encourage anyone to stay here when in the area.

Very clean and cozy
Had a very good stay! The host was very nice and we had no troubles. They were extremely responsive and communicative, getting back to us instantly on anything we asked. It was very easy to get there and the parking by the garage was great. The neighborhood was so cute with parks nearby, really enjoyed walking our dog. Very safe and pet friendly. Overall, would highly recommend. The house itself was extremely clean and well kept. We cooked quite a lot, so the well-stocked kitchen with a dish washer was nice. The beds and furniture were comfy and better than we had hoped for. The only note, and I don't want to overemphasize this, is that we could very clearly hear the upstairs neighbors walking around at all times of day, including very early in the morning on weekends. We're light sleepers, so maybe this wouldn't be an issue for other people. But we have lived in apartments for years and know that some of this comes with the territory, but the upstairs tenants were exercising inside, or at least very loud walkers. (Possibly this is just because gyms are closed during the pandemic? I'm not sure. No other reviews mention this, so I don't want to make a big deal of it.) That being said, we'd recommend this to a friend or would stay here again!

Easy, clean, and affordable
This listing was as advertised. Property owners were easy to work with and even accommodated a last minute request while we were there. Great location to downtown and campus. Beautiful neighborhood that has wonderful streets and trails to walk. The unit itself had everything we needed. There is another unit above you so you do hear the foot traffic from above, but that is to be expected in a condo unit. It was never an issue but flet like it’s worth mentioning to be people that are sensitive to that. Overall a wonderful stay and would absolutely rent this unit again.

Great Ann Arbor apartment in a lovely neighborhood
Our family loved staying here! The apartment is clean, well-appointed with daily necessities, incredibly convenient to fun things to do in Ann Arbor, and in a lovely walkable neighborhood. This is definitely one of my best VRBO experiences. We were all a bit sad to leave, we had such a great time. I would definitely recommend this property and the owners, and hope to find time to come back again!
