About 10 mons before we were due to check in we received a text saying it wasnt ready even though it was the agreed check in time. We waited over an hour and had no more communication so went to the property. It is a nice apartment in a great location but it was very damp and had clearly had an issue with flooding. This meant our stay was not very pleasant as the apartment smelt damp and continued to get worse as the shower is poorly designed. In addition the previous guests has taken the fob for the car park and despite contacting the agent several times a day and being promised a fob we never received one. This made it difficult every time we wanted to go out in the car. The agebts / landlord were very unhelpful which was a shame as the location is fantastic.
