Lovely Apartment
I have stayed in many appts in Aosta, this one was definitely my favourite one. It was very clean, warm and well equipped. The owner, Edda was very kind and ensured we had everything we needed. We were just a small walk from the old town, and 5 min in the car to the gondola for Pila. Would definitely recommend to others.

Ottima e gradita esperienza
Accoglienza gentile e efficiente, con la spiegazione delle varie funzioni della struttura e vari consigli sui supermercati, le attività, i parchi giochi (per il bambino) e altro. Ci hanno aiutato anche a portare le valige. In più in casa ci sono moltissime guide sulle più svariate attrazioni turistiche della regione. La proprietaria dell'appartamento rimane sempre a disposizione per eventuali esigenze. L'abbiamo contattata diverse volte ed è stata sempre molto disponibile. L'appartamento è attrezzato molto bene con ogni genere di utensile o elettrodomestico che possa servire. L'unica cosa che eventualmente si potrebbe aggiungere è il condizionatore, visto che a volte può capitare che faccia un po' caldo. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la doccia, molto comoda e spaziosa. Per quanto riguarda l'igiene, non è possibile desiderare di più. Non so come, ma il pavimento è rimasto pulitissimo per tutta la settimana. Purtroppo abbiamo rotto inavvertitamente una brocca dell'acqua e la proprietaria non ha chiesto neppure il risarcimento per ricomprarla. Inoltre, una sera ho avuto un problema con la serratura della porta e l'ho chiamata a mezzanotte per chiedere indicazioni su come aprirla. Nonostante la tarda ora, ha risposto e ha risolto il problema in modo gentile e disponibile. Però, a tal proposito, forse sarebbe utile controllare la serratura del portone del palazzo perché, nonostante siamo sempre riusciti a entrare, a volte è stato un po' difficoltoso.

Aosta Apartment
The apartment is ideally situated for a week in Aosta. The main sites of interest, several supermarkets and also the Pila cable car are all within easy walking distance.It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The owner, Edda, was very helpful. She collected us from the bus station. It was nice to have a balcony to sit out on in the evening.

Great apartment!
We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very kind and helpful and met us on check in and check out. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed. It was easy to find parking on the street right in front of the apartment. Most days we walked to the center of town.

Wonderful aosta
Really had a great time here . We had a month and the apartment came with everything you need .very close to the centre of town which is big and in scenic valley of aosta . .well situated to get around the whole of the Aosta valley. Thought the parking might be an issue but always for a space .

Séjour valdôtain très sympa.
Appartement refait à neuf, 10mn à pied de la ville historique. Il n’y manquait rien. Le couchage très confortable avec un grand lit double. Edda, la propriétaire, était très attentionnée et nous a très bien conseillé pour trouver des commerces et les choses à voir sur Aoste et les environs. C’était parfait et quand nous retournons dans cette région nous la recontacterons pour réserver cet appartement.

Top-Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, in der man immer einen freien Parkplatz findet. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man im historischen Zentrum. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (großer Kühlschrank, separater Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Toaster, viele Utensilien, gute Gewürze). Auch das Bad ist großzügig gestaltet und verfügt über eine große Waschmachine. Der Balkon zeigt nach Westen in den Innenhof und bietet einen Blick über die Dächer hinweg in die Berge. Er ist etwa fünf Meter lang (Küche und Schlafzimmer außen verbindend) und bietet über die gesamte Länge die Möglichkeit, Wäsche zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr bequem (nicht zu weich) und ist ohne Mittenspalt. In der Küche ist bei Bedarf eine ebenso bequeme Doppelliege zum Ausklappen vorfügbar. Da es im Sommer durchaus sehr warm werden kann, sorgen dann die beiden Standventilatoren für angenehme Kühlung. Hervorzuheben ist die freundliche und aufmerksame Betreuung durch die Gastgeber. The holyday flat is modernly and tastefully equipped. It is located in an quiet street with enough parking spaces. The historical centre can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, many kitchen utensils and some spices. The bathroom is also well arranged. A washing machine is available. The balcony is west orientated to the inner courtyard, offering a view over the neighbouring rooftops to the mountains. It has a length of about five meters and provides the possibility to dry laundry. The king-size bed is a very comfortable. If needed, there is a folding double bed in the kitchen. Two ventilators can be used on hot summer days. Especially to be emphasised is the warm hospitality by the hosts.

We are very sorry that the apartment was not to your liking. As indicated in the announcement the apartment is located on the second floor of a small building. As you can see from the photos outside there is a balcony with a small table with chairs. Moreover, the photo of the balcony was taken with a camera (thus without wide angle). The sizes of the apartment are clearly indicated on the site. For those who want to spend their holidays in the dehor we recommend to look for accommodation with a large terrace or a garden.

Clean well equipped apartment
Small but very clean, extremely well equipped apartment. Short walk to historic centre. Host kindly allowed us to check in early and we were met and shown around by her English speaking son which was very helpful. Parking is on the street but we had no problem at all finding spaces. Spar at end of road and short walk to Carrefour.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit lieben Nachbarn
Das Objekt ist in einer nebengelegenen Straße, wo allerdings recht viel Verkehr ist. Eine direkte Parkmöglichkeit zum Objekt gibt es nicht, aber mehrere Möglichkeiten in der Straße. Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Es war soweit alles da, was man braucht. Die Kineernische zum schlafen (welche wir nicht brauchten) war durch eine Holzwand im Elternschlafzimmer getrennt und durch einen Vorhang „verschlossen“. Die Küchenstühle sind leider furchtbar unbequem, da es einfache Klappstühle sind. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, die Tochter der Vermieter hat uns öfter gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei und wir noch etwas benötigen. Einen Keller für Bikes zum Abstellen gab es auch. Hier ist ratsam noch ein Fahrradschloss mitzunehmen.

Tout est fait pour que votre sejour soit le plus parfait possible ! . Facilité de parking. Zone résidentielle calme néanmoins à 10 min du centre ville animé et très sympa . Une grande vrai douche dans une salle de bain très fonctionnelle. Une cuisine agréable et avec des ustensiles de qualité. Aucun bruit de réfrigérateur ou de chaudière énervant Une literie top . Un jolie balcon . Des ventilateurs à disposition et des rideaux bien occultants pour dormir les fenêtres ouverte . On se sent comme à la maison . Vraiment agreable. La dolce vita à Aoste. Trennung Schlafzimmer und Schlafraum mit Stockbett durch Wand aus Holzbrettern. Keine Tür zwischen Schlafzimmer u Schlafraum.

Appartamento inserito in un contesto residenziale veramente molto vicino al centro di Aosta (15 minuti a piedi). Zona strategica anche per le visite fuori città. Pulizia impeccabile e disponibilità da parte della gestrice più che ottima. Consigliatissimo!

Soggiorno ad Aosta
L'alloggio è confortevole, pulitissimo, arioso, dotato di tutte le comodità e molto vicino al sorprendente Arco di Augusto. Non molto distante, 6-7 minuti a piedi, si trova un supermercato Carrefour rifornito di tutto. I proprietari sono molto gentili, disponibili e professionali. In pochi minuti a piedi dall'appartamento ci si trova in pieno centro: è vivace, animato, con tanti locali e tavolini all'aperto. Molte le vestigia del passato sia romano che medievale. Una città da non mancare, da cui si dipartono tante strade che permettono di visitare le valli bellissime delle regione. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!!

Appartamento nuovissimo, ristrutturato da pochi mesi, situato in prossimità del centro, che è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi... per chi vuole andare a sciare è altrettanto comodo perché è vicino alla stazione del treno di Aosta e della cabinovia per le piste di Pila. Unica nota dolente, ma che vuole essere una critica costruttiva, sono i letti a castello poco comodi. I proprietari dell'appartamento sono stati molto gentili dandoci tutte le dritte per la gestione dell'appartamento e per raggiungere i punti d'interesse della città.

Comodo al centro storico, completo di ogni servizio in casa
Prima volta ad Aosta ed esperienza assolutamente positiva, soprattutto grazie all'ospitalità offerta da questo appartamento dotato di ogni accessorio che in una vacanza in appartamento si può volere. Estremamente pulito, è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare Aosta e la regione intera. La mancanza dell'ascensore è stata superata grazie ai proprietari che ci hanno aiutato sia all'arrivo che al checkout a portare le valigie lungo le scale. L'appartamento inoltre è molto vivibile, sia per una coppia che con eventualmente 2 bambini grazie alla stanza supplementare adiacente alla camera matrimoniale, ricavata in modo molto furbo e originale. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e si sono assicurati di darci ogni genere di informazione al nostro arrivo, e in aggiunta la casa è fornita di numerose guide locali, cartine oltre a libri, carte da gioco e molto altro. In un eventuale ritorno ad Aosta è sicuramente un punto di riferimento di cui terremo conto.

Passaggio a nord-ovest
Bella esperienza. L'appartamento ha risposto alle nostre esigenze e mante-nute tutte le promesse. Il livello si è rivelato abbastanza buono: posizione rispetto al centro, pulizia, funzionalità degli arredi e completezza degli accessori, anche se si sentiva, soprattutto nelle ore più calde, la mancanza di un climatizzatore o di un tendone esterno ( era, comunque, presente un grosso ventilatore ) . Auspicabile una maggiore tranquillità condominiale (ma qui occorre il contributo di tutti...). Grazie.

Bel appartement cosy avec un accueil irréprochable
Appartement cosy, très bien équipé pour 4. Les randonnées sont nombreuses tout le long de la vallée et le centre ville à proximité est vivant. Edda est réactive et très accueillante. Elle prend soin de ses vacanciers du début jusqu'à la fin du séjour ! Merci encore de nous avoir permis cette belle escapade italienne.

Séjour parfait
Edda s’est montrée disponible et arrangeante. Le logement était propre, bien équipée et joliment décorée. Nous recommandons son habitation pour un séjour à Aoste
