Great House But....
The house is nice. The location is great. Beds were comfy. Kitchen worked nicely. Only advice is to be very careful out on the deck at night. The 3-4 steps from the upper to lower deck are very hard to see at night and no handrail to assist. Make sure ALL the outside lights are on for the best visibility of the steps. Dark brown steps on dark brown deck in the dark is not a good combination.

Great house in a lovely quiet neighborhood
The home was clean and spacious. It was just what we needed. The location was perfect for our visit with friends and family in South Asheville. Very highly recommend this place!

Neighborhood Stay
Lovely home, would be great for a large family. Relatively close to downtown Asheville. Close-by restaurants. Big yard child friendly. We were thinking of renting next year for a month but the location was not what we were looking for, but could be perfect for others depending on expectations and needs. All TV’s, appliances in good order. Asheville is a lovely small city to visit, we’re very happy overall.

Our stay
The bathtub on the too floor did not drain. The air conditioning was not working well at all. Very warm!! The. Rest of our stay was great! Great location and plenty of rooms for our big family!

Family Get Away
We were able to find a large, comfortable home to hold our 11 adults and 2 young children with ample room for sleeping, gathering and outside fun. My son in laws were able to use a private office to work several days and my grandsons enjoyed the theatre room in the basement. Great option offered which provided everything we needed!

Lovin' Marlin!
Thanks to the management team, we had a delightful five day stay in Asheville. The house was cleaned and well stocked with supplies. There was plenty of space in the house to accommodate our needs.

Great for a large group
Loved this house! It was beautiful. Great space for a large group. Everyone loved this house. The only thing I would say is to have mirrors in all the bedrooms. This was a girls trip so we definitely needed more mirrors, LOL.

Brothers Retreat
The property worked well for us. It is a large really nice house. We find it difficult to find a house that has six separate beds so this was perfect.

Holiday Getaway
My family stayed for the holiday . Everything was perfect but the first day when we didn’t have any hot water . I immediately call the host and they fixed it right away. We didn’t have any issues after that. My family loved the house and the location. I would of least loved to have a TV in each room but other than that they were all decorated nicely and cleaned . This is perfect for a large group and close to great restaurants and stores .

Great location
We enjoyed the house, the only thing we were sad is that we wanted to used the grill and no propane. The area is Nice and quiet. Recommended

Great house, poor communication
I’ll start by saying we really enjoyed the layout of the house and quiet location. However, we ran into several issues with the house during our stay and the property manager’s communication was horrible. It took them hours if not days to acknowledge our requests. I was frustrated with how much time I spent trying to get a hold of them during our trip. I think it would be beneficial for them to make sure appliances and restrooms are functioning prior to allowing guests to book.

Won’t stay here again!
What a disappointment! From the unsafe and broken steps at the entrance, to urine stains on all the toilets and dirty sheets, this house needs a deep cleaning and repairs. At check-in, we saw only one cleaning person was assigned to this huge house. Understandably, she was unable to do an acceptable job of cleaning and sanitizing the house. Sheets were still in the dryer and the majority of the beds were left undone or with stained sheets that had bodily fluids. Even after notifying the property manager immediately of the issues, we were accused post-checkout of “trashing” the house. The false accusation was related to previous renters, but the management company failed to complete an inspection prior to us checking in. We will never stay at this property and do not recommend that others do so either!
