The check in was perfect and the one who attended me very much talked to me. What I didn't like is that I paid for a suite and they gave me a regular room because they don't have a suit

Muy bonito y cómodo hotel
Fue solo de paso para dormir pero fue súper cómodo, el cuarto limpio y con todo lo que necesitábamos ahí, solo el desayuno se paga si es que lo quieres tomar $11 dólar por persona. El café si es gratis nosotros salimos súper temprano para desayunar.

Recepcionista maleducada
La mujer que atiende en la recepción es una maleducada , rente 2 cuartos y solo figuraba 1 casi me voy a otro hotel sino salía el manager, me hizo esperar 1 hora , como clientes merecemos respeto , le enseñe mi código de reserva y aún así no quiso verificar Mi reserva

Limpieza de cuartos fue pésima hemos estado en hoteles siempre se nós a limpiado el cuarto y en este no querían limpiarlo supuestamente lo limpiaron pero solo tendieron la casa y fue todo. No me gusto lastima de hotel esta muy bonito

Stains on the comforters. The walls were very scuffed and dirty. Entry smelled like gas because of the fireplaces. Very noisy on level 1.

Poor Housekeeping
Hilton has been our 1st pick over the last several years on multiple occasions. The front desk staff are very nice & friendly. On this stay I checked in, at the front desk, but didn’t go check out the room right away. At a very long day we got back around 4:00AM and was very disappointed to find the room was not properly cleaned. Room entry floor, bathroom floor were dirty. Shower floor also was dirty. The second bed’s sheets had to be put on at the foot of the bed. Bathroom sink stopper was stuck closed & the hot water ran about 3 minutes & only got lukewarm. The toilet had dried up urine on it, in which I cleaned with a wipe just to be able to use it. We decided to go to a relatives to shower before traveling back home. I am extremely disappointed with the housekeeping services or lack of during this stay.

Christmas stay (23rd - 26th) so that may explain why our room wasn't cleaned for our 4 days (3 night) stay. My wife and I didn't care for the bed either, but that might be a personal preference. But a nice property in a good location.

Hotel is great every time I stay here when in Ardmore. Great food in the hotel and bar is open until 10-11 every night.

Definitely needs some work in the customer service
Booked online, $108 a night. When we get to the hotel, there’s a huge party going on and the music is insanely loud. Not a worker to be scene. There was a sign that said call the operator if you need assistance. Called twice. The first time I couldn’t hear over the music and no one showed up to help. After checking out I received multiple holds on my card, 5 days later holds are still there. Come to find out in addition to the $108 a night with this “pet friendly” hotel they will charge you an additional $75. When I called to ask the lady said I obviously didn’t read the sign at the front desk. To be clear, the only sign I seen at the front desk said sorry we stepped away press 0 on the phone if you need help. Wouldn’t recommend. Yall definitely aren’t worth $200 a night. You were overpriced at $108.

There were no towels for the bathroom and long black hairs on the back of the toilet seat. My husband and I were too tired to deal with it honestly and the sheets and bed seemed good- also the air conditioner hopefully won’t keep me up but it sounds like it is on its last leg

When we first got to our room there was a long hair on the bed then, when I go to take a shower, there was pubic hair in the shower. The carpet on the 3rd floor was filthy down the hall. Not very happy about the stay.

Very nice room, we had handicap room with walk in shower which was nice. We didn’t pay 4.95 for a continental breakfast , we went elsewhere.
