The property was nice as the pictures shown online. My room was actually upgraded and that was nice. The front desk clerk was very nice, respectful, and helpful. The snacks were a lil pricey. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to family and friends.

The tub was very slippery and nearly fell. No ADA accommodations were available for the bathroom that I requested prior to the stay.

Alexius, I do apologize that we were unable to accommodate your request. However, you booked a room with two beds that does not have the ADA shower you requested. We did email you back to inform you of this after your request came through to give you a chance to switch to our ADA Single Queen with a pull out sofa. We also informed you in the email we have ADA chairs for our ADA rooms without the roll in shower if needed.Again, we do sincerely apologize your experience with us was not what was expected. We do hope you will give us a second chance in the future.

I booked a suite, prebooked 3 weeks in advance and paid in full. When we arrived at the room someone had changed my room to a standard room without handicap access. The manager tried to get us moved to a different room but unfortunately were completely booked out so i didn't get the room i paid for. I ended up having to call Expedia in order to get a partial refund but it didn't solve the issue of no handicap restroom facilites available for me.. the room was very clean, staff was super friendly, however the bed was extremely soft so we both ended up hurting alot and little sleep, over soft, and the pillows were very very flat.

Stephanie, I do apologize we were unable to get you into the room you had reserved. Unfortunately, like we explained at check in, we have a large Government group in house that extended their stay and we did not have your room type available anymore. This is a situation that does not happen often. We do hope you come back and give us a second chance in the future.

Super friendly service and comfortable rooms. The fridge and microwave were much appreciated. Quality bath products offered in bathroom.

I was charged double for the room and a 25 dollar hold also. Was never informed of the charges. Also asked for a late checkout and was asked before the time we requested if we wanted to pay for an extended stay. We only asked for an extra hour. When i called the hotel to ask questions about the charges the lady hung up on me before i was done. Not professional atvall.

David, Thank you for your review. Like our sign at the front desk states along with the registration card you signed states, we place a hold for the amount of the room plus 25 for incidentals that falls off after 10-14 business days. We do explain this upon check in when we ask for you signature. However, we take pride in ensuring our guests feel at home and welcome at our property and we do hope that you will give us a second chance in the future.

Stay away!!
The rooms where dirty and hot, and they couldnt make keys for the hotel. Had to be escorted to the rooms, the wait took a while at times.

Multiple things were broken here, the ice machine on our floor was broken, nobody’s hotel keys for the whole hotel worked so an employee had to let you in every time you left and came back. Then the elevator broke down on top of that.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, yes, our key machine server crashed and is being rebuilt. Our elevator stopped working for a few hours due to the storm that knocked power out at the hotel and we had it back up and running as soon as the tech was able to get here to get it back up. Unfortunately, sometimes technology fails and it is out of our control. This is not the norm for us and we hope you will come back in the future to give us a second chance.

I would pick somewhere else
The hotel didn’t have our reservations. Then none of the door keys worked. Every time you left or came back and associate had to guide you back and forth to unlock the door. The were surfaced clean…but you could tell they weren’t clean. We stayed for a weekend, and not one time did house keeping coming in to clean or take out trash. Overall it’s not the the staffs fault about the keys, but the cleanliness and communication is very poor.

Thank you for your review. We do not do daily stay over cleans at our property. We clean stay overs every 5 days for long term stays. Our key system is being rebuilt and should be back up soon. We do hope you decide to give us a second chance in the future.

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The machine to give you key access to your room and amenities was broken so the front desk had to continuously let you into your room and pool area. They stated that it had been broken for a week prior to my arrival. This is unacceptable.

Unfortunately our key machine's server crashed and it has to be rebuilt. This is something that is out of our control as technology sometimes crashes. We hope to see you on future travels.

Friendly staff quick check in. Shower head had been replaced and it did not fit in the holder properly so it was difficult to take a shower. Breakfast good

I do apologize about the wait at check in. However, our desk agents in the evening are the only employees here and often have to go to other floors to help other guests with their needs. We do hope you come back to see us on your future travels to give us a second chance.

Very upset, a group of 16 people booked rooms here for the pool and hot tub, called before booking to make sure they worked, was lied to and told they both worked. Get to the hotel and check in, the hot tub doesn’t work. This was the main reason we booked her and paid the extra $30 a night, and stayed here. We very well could have just stayed else where with just a pool that was cheaper. And we could have switched after realizing but there was no refund, and manager wouldn’t do anything about this!
