Personal nada profesional. Baño antiguo y con moho
El Personal de Recepción muy poco profesional, el hotel está en obras y nos dieron una habitación en la planta con obras. El baño sucio con moho y anticuado. El setvvicio de Habitaciones muy malo, nos cambiaron de habitación y ns asignaron otra que no estaba preparada, tardaron mas de una hora en venir a arreglarla. El Personal en general no está preparado para recibir clientes extranjeros. El bufet malisimo, comida local y muy poca cantidad. El En cargafo del bufet prtenia cobrar el desayuno y estaba incluido. El ambiente de la terraza nada recomendable.

I loved the staff they were wonderful. The only thing I wished for was a small microwave. The food was good and service was excellent.

Not the cleanest. The girl at the desk is less than friendly. Take your own towels because the one towel the hotel provided was terribly stained. Please do better.

My city to Asaba
Asaba is a nice city that I very much look forward to visiting many more time again.The is a a nice party of town, very clean, the room was spacious, the toilet is big. The only negative thing about the hotel was that there were too many fraudulent looking young boys that stays at the hotel. This give the hotel a cheap image in my opinion.

The location was perfect for my purpose. The breakfast and dinner buffet were reasonable. The cleanliness was below average. Found a giant cockroach that played hide and seek all night. Check-in was delayed for over one and half hours - that is after their official check in time.

Tired hotel and it shows
Nothing amazing. This hotel has become tired and wornout with scratched and damaged furniture, burn out bulbs, faulty remote controls for the TV and bedroom AC, very short shower curtain that barely did the job. I could go on and on but what would be the point as I have no intention of staying in that hotel ever again.

Pleasant stay
Visited the Best Western during the period when measures to curtail the spread of the Coronavirus was in place. Occupancy was low and service time was fast. Generally very friendly staff providing services with a warm smile. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

the first night, the airconditioner leaked and flooded the room and ruined my clothes and suitcase and they still charged me for the night Hot water ran for all of two minutes had to bathe with cold water and this could not be fixed staff lied about menu items in resturant overall the quality has declined

I had a one night stay in Asaba i was very impressedat the first impression. I was dissapointed at the room service staff they had me wait over 30 min for some sugar that i needed to make tea for my kids during the night. Also seen two roaches on my room during my stay.

I booked a suites ,and then it began to rain at night only to wake up in the mourning and found water all over the floor from one of the windows and then I called one of the room keepers to see and he told me that he has been complaining to the management but they don"t want to take it seriously and that he is fade up of their lack of action and i was surprised . That was a terrible experience.

The first room I was allocated, the safe didnt work, the door didnt lock and the toilet did not flush properly, I reported this and was moved to another room the next day where everything worked. Staff where polite and security was taken seriously. I will definently stay here again.

Comfortable Hotel
It’s a nice, clean and spacious hotel. There was some construction work going on & the elevator on the 2nd floor (going down button) was not working, so had to resort to the stairways or go up before coming down to the ground floor. Other than this, the staff were courteous & very helpful & the standard room was very spacious. I will stay here again.
