La réservation a été faite 2 mois avant votre séjour est juste. mais vous avez parlé camme je ne vous ai jamais averti qu'un autre invité a déjà réservé l'appartement avant de vous via booking. et le calendrier n'a pas été synchronisé en raison d'un système d'erreur. et je vous ai demandé d'annuler la réservation car vous avez le droit d'annuler sans frais d'annulation mais vous n'avez pas accepté. et donc dans ce cas j'ai été obligé de vous assurer un autre logement d'un ami et je n'ai aucun rapport avec ce logement. et l'habitation était dans un état normal et saint. pas de la gravité que vous étes parler. et vous avez passé les 2 jours dans cet appartement satiasfait et tout. alors ce n'est pas de ma faute. mon appartement est propre et tous mes invités le disent
