Este hotel es para el olvido ! Cuando llegamos a hacer el check in había una sola persona en el front desk y demoró mucho ! El hotel viejo las habitaciones huelen mal ! Y en mi habitación no funcionaba la regadera ! El desayuno precario !!

Buen chico recepcionista y mala limpieza
Pues el chico de la recepción fue muy amable, la chica del desayuno también muy amable, pero no limpiaron mi cuarto yo tuve que sacar la basura del baño y del cuarto y llevar las toallas a la recepción, como si yo fuera la maid y no el huésped, el aire acondicionado hacia un ruido al prenderlo que la verdad parecía que se hiba a explotar despues de casi 2 minutos se cambiaba, la primera noche no pudimos dormir, la segunda noche estabamos tan cansados que no hicimos caso, luego me cobraron $80por mis perritos

Rough stay
Hotel is under construction. No more free breakfast, daily room cleaning( new towels or emptying the trash) was told that would happen but it didn’t. Because of construction water pressure was zero. First room the shower didn’t work. Our second room no water pressure. Because I booked through 3rd party. Dates keep getting changed for check out. But when I checked in they were correct. Multiple calls a day about what was correct day. Apparently one call was by the manager who was extremely rude. (Chris). Called to see what could be done. Chris the manager apologized and said new owners new name, and new hotel and offered that they would be able to do something. Basically pushing it off to new management No responsibility on his part. He is useless. Apologized for being rude on the phone but can’t give a discount. I have stayed at this same hotel MANY of times. Worst stay ever!!! Should have been told hotel was under construction. Hotel lobby is ripped apart, water issues and lighting to get in to hotel was unsafe and bad access to hotel. Room keys stopped working ever night Maybe new manager and hotel will be better

They are in the process of remodeling, but I didn't even know they were doing it. They kept it on one side, the pool is in the middle. Great coffee, no breakfast. Fairly close to eateries. Fairly good area. Comfortable.

Staff were very helpful and respectful. Cleanliness of room was semi-okay. The ceiling and walls of the bathroom had a significant amount of mold on them.

No continental breakfast as advertised. Room air / heat unit leaked and carpet was wet halfway through room. I was told well that is why they are remodeling. Room is advertised as no smoking but smelled of stale cigarettes in room and down hallway. Very disappointed.

They were in the process of a renovation on the exterior or I'd have rated the property higher. Cyrus checked us in and later came up to our room to fix a TV issue, great service, he is a huge asset to your company! Not our first stay here, we will be back.

Great value, safe and comfortable stay.
Very comfort stay. Large room, comfortable bed, quick check in, well lit parking, room temp perfect. Only negative was 30 minutes late night were I could here two guys talking loud next room over. Otherwise, excellent value and will return.

Decent hotel for the price. Clearly under renovation at this point so there wasn't even a sign out front. No coffee in the rooms or any way to buy it without driving. Fine for an overnight

An overnight stay
Undergoing total landscaping. Looks like a construction site. Wasn't noisy. We've stayed here often in the past. Seems like it's been worked on for a few years.

Only had one tv channel the remote didnt work. Front desk give us another remote, tells us to Utube how to program ourselves. Couldn't get it to work so no tv. Drove by it because the name out front is not colony inn. No coffee in room. Not set up very well. Probably wont go back
