It is a humble hotel, but just what you need in downtown Athens. Perfect location, close to the most important downtown metro station. Price is quite competitive.

Excelente situación y trato amable
La ducha de mi habitación era algo pequeña, pero aparte de eso estoy muy contento con el hotel. La situación, totalmente céntrica, es perfecta para llegar a pie a los principales puntos turísticos; la habitación, aunque daba al patio de luces, era muy tranquila; y el personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Repetiría aquí si volviese a Atenas.

As far as the window is concerned, kindly write to my personal email address (pansales@panhotel.gr) in order to give me more details so that we look into the matter. Concerning the kind bed, all our rooms have either single of double beds. There are no king beds in our hotel and for this reason we specify the beds in the room types. In every case our guests comments are of great importance to us and are taken into serious consideration, so we thank you for that. We do hope to welcome you again in Pan Hotel in the near future. Excelente ubicacion y muy comodo
La primera noche no fue la mejor, pues pedimos una habitacion para 4 personas y la cama extra era horrible. Avise en recepcion y rapidamente la cambiaron por una mucho mejor. El desayuno bien completo, las habitaciones muy limpias y comodas, el personal muy amable (si hasta dejamos nuestras maletas para viajar a las hislas sin ningun costo ni problema) y la ubicacion excelente, justo en el corazon del casco historico. En definitiva, una excelente eleccion!!!

El personal del hotel muy amable .Super centrico.
Muy amables el personal del hotel ,muy bien ubicado a 150 mts de la plaza syntagma hay de todo en los alrededores ;solo que nesecita un poco de remodelacion las habitaciones .

Also, regarding the room card, this is given to the guest upon arrival and the guest is responsible for taking it with him/her. Nice staff; terrible room
First, the hotel staff were all lovely and helpful. My problems were with the room. It was on a half floor the only room on that floor. It had little natural light, overlooking a tiny courtyard. The bathroom had several flies that I killed but more kept coming back in the shower area. Also, noise comes up from the breakfast area from 7:00am. It gets extremely noisy as it carries up the few stairs (with no door) so I was awoken at that time both days without being able to go back to sleep. The room experience was TERRIBLE.

Excellent central hotel
