You will never find a better person to do business with than Josh. He will help in anyway possible. He has a great place in a wonderful location. We did not know much about Roswell but we loved getting to know the town.

Roswell Cottage
This is the perfect house! My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Roswell Cottage. It's a wonderful location, with so much to do in downtown Roswell. The home was exactly as marketed, it was clean and the check-in/check-out processes were clear. Josh and Wendy were the perfect hosts making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend this property if you're considering Roswell for your travel plans.

Best VRBO Experience I’ve Ever Had
From booking to check-in to house features, Josh made sure that our experience was seamless and enjoyable. The cottage is absolutely adorable and the location is perfection. 5 minute drive to a hike along the Chattahoochee in the afternoon and then a two minute walk to some of the best dinner and drinks in the evening. Loved this place!!

Cozy retreat in picture perfect town
My husband, son and I had a wonderful week at the cottage. The house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were stocked with all necessities. Josh was wonderful to work with and provided us with great restaurant recommendations. I cannot say enough about the town of Roswell and Canton Street especially. We loved being able to walk and try new places each day. And even though the house is steps from all the shops and restaurants, the street was always quiet and calm. This house is a perfect getaway if traveling for Perfect Game baseball tournaments!!! We hope to stay here again next summer!

A quaint cottage in a great neighborhood
I came to town for a medical procedure and stayed at the cottage for 11 days. The rental was very quaint and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Being right around the corner from restaurants and shops was just perfect. I enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the birds and watching all of the squirrels. Thank you for having this rental available.

A perfect cottage
We used this as a home base for sleeping and eating breakfast while in town to see some family. I wish we had booked this for a trip to just explore downtown Roswell. The house was perfectly situated to explore downtown or to access other parts of town. Josh was amazing at communicating and having the house set up before our arrival. There were more amenities in the house than listed. I would stay here again in a heart beat and recommend this place to anyone. In all the places we have stayed over the years, this was more stocked with household goods than I have ever seen!

Oh my gosh!
Where do I begin? Josh was amazing to work with. Very pleasant. Communicates frequently. Kept us up to date with what was happening in Roswell, which helped us getting into town. Roswell has lots of events and it was nice to have the heads up. The house was precious. Very comfy. Close to the action but still tucked away. I slept the best I have in awhile. Chilly AC, washer and dryer. Walking distance to SO many tasty restaurants and drinks. Very exciting and eventful. It is like the most PERFECT little house. Some minor imperfections but I know he and Wendy maintain the house. No big deal. This is my first rental and I look forward to renting again!!!!

Perfect cottage, perfect location, perfect host
The cottage was just perfect for my four-night stay! The combination of a cozy cottage, that has ample space, tasteful, updated decor and easy-to-use fireplace, with a two-minute walk to oh-so-charming Canton Street restaurants and shops can't be beat! And I so appreciate the lists of .restaurants and nearby parks and hikes that the host provided. They all exceed expectations! If you want an easy, full immersion into charming, downtown Roswell living, this is the perfect place to get it.

Great stay while house hunting!
We enjoyed our stay at the cottage! We stayed here a month while house hunting and it was the perfect spot for us! The location is unbeatable! Loved being able to walk to the restaurants on Canton St! Kitchen is well stocked with all the spices, coffee and supplies needed. Josh was always very responsive and helpful if we needed anything! Highly recommend!

So thankful to be able to stay at the Roswell Cottage again! This is our go to choice when visiting our kids in Roswell (read my prior reviews). Cottage is very comfortable, well equipped, and location cannot be beat! The hosts, Josh and Wendy, are the absolute best.

Staycation in Charming Cottage
We were so thrilled to have found this property in the heart of downtown Roswell. A charming cottage on a quiet side street that is immediately accessible (1-2 minute walk) to all of the shops and restaurants of downtown Roswell. The house has historic charm but with updated interiors. We found the house to be a respite while staying 4 days out of our home during renovation. What a find! Definitely recommend. Josh was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

Great cottage and perfect location
We shared the cottage with another set of grandparents. In town for our granddaughter's graduation, so most of our time was spent with family in Marietta. The property was super clean and well appointed in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to many shops and restaurants was a plus. Communication with Josh was excellent. We would stay again.

Very clean and comfortable. Neighbors are friendly and always out walking their dogs. Very dog friendly town. Cottage is located at a very short walk to coffee shops and restaurants with outdoor seating. Hiking trails near the river is just a short drive from the cottage.

Cozy little cottage in the perfect location.
Joshua was a perfect host and the property was better than we had hoped for. Everything was immaculate and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to make your own meals -- which we did. The cottage is cozy and secluded yet walking distance to all that Old Town Roswell has to offer. Two thumbs up from us!

An easy 5 stars across the board
I'm local so I booked a staycation here to get away from the hustle and bustle of home, kids dog, etc. to focus on some writing. The neighborhood is peaceful, with multiple restaurants within walking distance. As a chef, I cooked on the gas stove every day, gas was hard to find when browsing listings so this was one of my main reasons for booking the cottage. However, I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised by the rest of the property. The place was super clean and the owner took care of everything before I got there. The office was perfect for writing sessions. For any occasion I can think of, the cottage provides a perfect getaway. I hope to be back someday.

Sparkling home in perfect location
My husband and I traveled to Roswell recently to see some real estate. This home was in the perfect location for the neighborhoods we were seeing. Additionally, the home was the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It had a nice office set up so my husband and I were both able to work seamlessly during the week. The bed was comfy. The shower was warm. And, it was an easy walk to pick up meals from a good selection of excellent restaurants. Beyond the home itself, Josh and his wife were the perfect hosts. The perfect cottage retreat
A delightful experience all around! The cottage was equipped with everything one needed. The owner contacted us before our arrival and offered his assistance throughout our stay. Located on a quiet bricked street just steps from where all the activity goes on in historic Roswell. Were not disappointed at all with the shops and restaurants. Never needed to utilize our car. Will return in a heartbeat.

I went to Roswell for work. I loved the house and the location to the downtown area. Really cute town with excellent food. The owner was great and if I needed anything was always available for a question. I will be going back again in January with my husband we cannot wait!!! Beautiful home, BBQ outside, we loved our fireplace every night. We walked to restaurants just the perfect location for anything.

Perfect in every way!
The perfect place in which to stay while visiting out daughter and her family. Been visiting them here for the past 20 years and staying in their home. However, with Covid and both parents working from home and two children schooling virtually, we felt staying some other place would be a better idea. Fell in love with this cottage when I first spotted it online. So well decorated, cleaned to perfection (I’m very picky) 😊 and not anything more we could have wanted. And a study for my husband was the icing on the cake. Thanks to both of you for everything. So pleasant to work with you.

Amazing location, safe neighborhood and clean house
I stayed here for 2 weeks waiting the arrival of my son by my surrogate. The owner was amazing and flexible with this requests since babies decide their own schedule. The house is a great location. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. Driving distance to major retailers if you need anything. Owner provides linens which is nice and not usually the case . I loved this house and the owner made the start to this stay even better. Thank you !!!

Home away from home in culinary mecca
The cottage was fantastic, well-designed open concept, nicely outfitted, and incredibly homey. The location cannot be beat. Perfect for Covid times, it was so convenient to be able to work in the spacious office and step out to tons of excellent restaurants for take-out lunch or dinner. We had such a nice stay, we can't wait to return.

This cozy home is on a quiet street just off of an interesting neighborhood. There are shops, terrific restaurants and plenty of things to interest history buffs. Josh & Wendy were very accommodating and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Very convenient to the Atlanta area and attractions and also to great doctors at Emory if you should need them. We will recommend this to our family and friends.

Great property in a great location!
From the vey start, Josh was friendly, easy to work with, extremely accommodating and went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The property was very clean and stocked with everything we could want. It’s in a great neighborhood and there are tons of restaurants and boutiques within just a few minutes’ walk. A beautiful park is just a bit further with miles of hiking trails and wildlife (even deer!) along the Chattahoochee River. This place is great and we highly recommend!!

Great house, great location
My mom visited for a long weekend and stayed here. She felt very comfortable in the house, she found some nice breakfast places she was able to walk to. It's a few blocks from the bars so she couldn't hear anything in the evenings. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting the Roswell area.
