Never received check-in codes or information via email or the VRBO app. Left 10 direct messes messages on the app and three phone calls over 24 hours. Phone number listed is an answering service and assured me someone would call me back. Never did. Put me through to the property managers’ direct lines which rang and rang with no voice mail. Will activate a fraud investigation with VRBO and my credit card company.
