Mal servicio de Shuttle
para pasar una noche por tener que hacer una escala en Atlanta, el precio está bien por el servicio. Lo que me pareció un mal servicio fue el Shuttle, en la información que se encuentra en la páigna de Hotels no es completa, no indica que el servicio no es 24/7 y me quicieron cobrar un extra por el Shuttle al aeropuerto internacional, eso no me pareció nada bueno.

El hotel está bien, los huéspedes no.
El hotel está bien solamente que el elevador estaba fuera de servicio lo cual si vas con equipaje es complicado. No es un hotel que reciba familias o gente tranquila la verdad había mucho escándalo por lo cual no culpo al hotel si no a los huéspedes; además no quiero sonar discriminatorio pero había bastantes personas de color comiendo por los pasillos haciendo desorden, gritando o bebiendo lo cual no te da una tranquilidad repito no es culpa del hotel más bien es culpa de los huéspedes con respecto a la atención que te dan en recepción es muy buena y el servicio de shuttle también.

El precio lo dice todo, las fotos engañan, les recomiendo a todo el mundo que lea los comentarios para saber si un hotel es o fue bueno. cuando entras al pacillo hay un olor a mariguana y cigarrilo, la alfronbra estan sucia y no estan instalada, el piso de los cuarto pegajoso, la puerta caida, el baño con moho, no lo recomiendo.

FYI this is NOT college park, the area is called “old nat” and is well known by the locals as a bad part of town, While we had no problems with the “patrons” there is definitely a prostitution ring running out of here as well as the other hotels in this area, while other Expedia reviews have responses from the owners stating “we will look into this serious matter” it’s clear the owners and staff get a cut from allowing this prostitution ring to operate, staff allow what we assumed to be the “pimps” (since we witnessed ladies of the night handing off money to them many times) to sleep in the lobby overnight. A colorful cast of characters indeed. The room next to us clearly was some sort of central hub and they smoked in the room as well. Bed was at least clean. Airport shuttle i suppose was a bonus. My husband and i are pretty accepting of all walks of life and the regulars were nice to us without issue. But that said, anyone else should probably avoid staying here or in this area at all. News articles i read after we left include a double homicide in this hotel, homicides and drug trafficking at adjacent hotels, and many more stories i will let you find for yourself when looking up “hotels in old national Atlanta”. Like i said, everyone was pleasant with us but if my husband were not 6’6 or in most other situations i wouldn’t feel safe here in any way.

Do NOT book here, I was uncomfortable my entire stay here. There’s prostitutes coming in and out (I literally walked out my door and a woman came out to the hallway with just an underwear??) they are also roaming outside the building. my sleep was disturbed multiple times. I was awakened by someone banging at someone’s door at 3a.m yelling to open the door. The area is just not somewhere you can go out or even come back at night. It’s really scary you literally have to be cautious because there’s men just standing outside of the building drug dealing might I mention that the elevator doesn’t work on certain hrs. The bed sheets were stained when I arrived however housekeeping did come by the next day to change and clean the room. Also be aware that it smells straight up like smoke. The lady at the counter was very nice that’s all I have good to say

The exterior of the hotel was dirty as there was an overflowing garbage bin together with garbage strewn around the front entrance. The room was clean and front desk reception was pleasant and helpful. There was a lot of noise heard all night wirh persons talking and shouting maybe in the corridors or lobby, I'm not sure. The breakfast disappointing, it was extremely sparse, with plain bread, no butter, no eggs, no yogurt, jus 2 small containers of jam. Limited tea, coffee, juice and cereal.

My first rooms was dirty, didn’t even look like they cleaned it. The sink was clogged, smoke alarm was missing, hair on bathroom counter, floor by tub and hair on bedroom sheets. The breakfast was bad, just had cereal, 1 apple and 1 orange, and some bread for toast. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at…avoid this hotel if possible!

Nothing at all, the staff is extremely rude, you have a phone but it doesn’t work. I arrive to find room was not up to par the sheets were dirty no latch on the door. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially for the rate😡

Do not stay here , rooms are dirty , rude staff , had to change rooms 3 times because of the condition I stayed 3 days nobody cleaned nor changed the trash for the room , when I asked for towels & wash cloths I was told no & I had to use what I had. Barley any hot work , toilet barley works *this is a real review do not stay here YOU WILL REGRET IT* !!! I will never ever come here again idc if it was the last thing available

The are was unsafe and there was obvious drug deals and lots of drug use and sex workers hanging around the property. Only fast food and no nice dining options at all. Unsafe to leave property at night for sure, during the day was sketchy too. Was not sure what was staining the curtains but it was a large black stain of some kind. Could have been cleaner in the bathrooms and did not clean rooms at all unless I was present and asked for it and clean towels etc.

The room was disgusting. The whole place smelled like weed. Bathroom was dirty and broken door, broken towel holder. The curtains had stains and holes on them and were half hanging from the wall. The door to stairwell was broken and wouldn’t shut and lock.
