Checked all the boxes

The house had everything we could have possibly wanted or needed and was convenient to everything. We had plenty of room, the host was quick to respond, and we had a very quiet and comfortable stay. We would definitely look to stay at this property again.

Great House/ Great Location

My wife and I stayed here with three of our adult children and their spouses while attending the wedding of our fourth child who lives in Roswell (walking distance from this house). The location is geat- walking distance to many Roswell attractions, and on a very private and quiet street. The accomodations met our needs very well. The home is exactly as shown in the pictures. The connected spaces on the first floor provided ample space for all eight of us - plus my son whenever he stopped by - to be in the same space for conversations, games, etc. The home was very clean and well kept, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well supplied. Hosts were great. I had a technical issue with VRBO communications due to a change in email address between booking and arriving, but I got a very quick response from Mike to enable our check-in. I would highly recommend this house, and would definitely stay again.

Great for restaurants and pets

Nicer than photos show- great end of the street location with fenced yard for pets- very private. Walking distance to all restaurants on Canton st and additionally to the French Bakery! Super owners !!!

Beautiful, large ranch home in Roswell

The kitchen and living area are very inviting. There are big windows all around so the house is airy and light. The water pressure is amazing!

Great Host!

This is one of the best host I've had the pleasure of staying with. Everything was great from the communication to the different accommodations we required. They allow us to host a brunch with family and friends from all over the IS with no problems whatsoever. Even the neighbors were friendly. The house is spacious as well as the backyard. We were able to have about 25/35 adults in the home with not feeling overcrowded. The home was very clean and actually felt like home. Everything was there we needed from the kitchen cookware to the grill and toiletries. I will most definitely rebook this property again if I'm in the city. Thank you guys again for being excellent host.

Christmas Vacation

We loved the house! Very cozy throughout, all four beds were super comfortable. Mike and Betsy were extremely responsive and even had a Christmas tree set up for our Christmas away from home. There was room to spread out and also be together, we even had some friends over for dinner and the space was well arranged for a little mini-entertaining. Our dogs loved the yard, it was perfect for playing fetch and the neighborhood was calm, quiet and safe.

Roswell

We enjoyed our stay at Roswell, 3 couples and a dog. The yard was enclosed, so perfect for our dog to relieve herself. Inside the home, was fairly updated, modern and clean. It was the perfect location for our family wedding in old Roswell. This neighborhood was a quiet family neighborhood. Would recommend it for any family vacation in Atlanta area.

Family Friendly and Great Location

We were grateful to find this welcoming home- perfect for our family of 6 while we were displaced due to our home renovations. Rooms were well put together with very comfortable beds. Basement space was perfect for teens or young adults to have some personal space. The location was great with many places around to enjoy. This was a perfect home away from home for us. Owners were very responsive to our needs and had great communication. I would recommend this property to others.

Lovely home away from home

We celebrated Christmas and New Year with our adult children here in Roswell. The house was a perfect fit for our family and had a great location. We loved walking to Canton street or just relaxing at home. Everything we needed was provided. We will definitely be back!

Great house, great location

We are from Virginia and rented this cute house for the week because we were there for a baseball tournament. The house is newly updated, very clean, comfortable beds, had everything we needed & very well supplied. It was in a perfect central location for us. Owners were very quick to reply to any questions I had. We all enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect Place to Stay in Roswell

Nicely updated home in great location near historic downtown Roswell

Very nice - would have rated 5 stars but missing some practical amenities. Could use a garbage disposal in kitchen and some counter space and a bar for hand towels in the master bath. Decor was great and beds were very comfortable! Thanks for hosting us
