Home was cute and convenient to attractions. Was disappointed with this stay. The floors were filthy and everyone's feet got black. The cute glass door knobs kept falling off. The beds had shifting slats and some broken slats. Two of my grandkids slept on a mattress on the floor. The garbage disposal didn't work so that sink clogged up. One sink the hot water didn't work. Be warned that two of the beds are in the attic and the stairs are more like a ladder. Wouldn't recommend for family with younger children or for older people. The onsuite of the king bed was a claw foot tub/shower that was unusable for my 84 yo mother.
I waited to post this review because I wanted to make sure there was not a misunderstanding about the issues with the property. It's really not a neighborhood as pictured, found no community pool, assume the hot tub actually works. I 75 is a few blocks away but we didn't have any issues with noise. Very nice screen porch. There was not a Keurig and no cookie sheet pans so you might want to bring some if you want to make frozen pizza. Plenty of mugs, glasses and such. Plenty of towels and bedding. Dining table had 2 long benches for plenty of space for friends and family. I really wanted to give a good review but it was the most disappointing stay we have ever had with VRBO.
