THE HILL HAVE EYES

This place is a complete dump. The only plus was that we got to look at 3 rooms, trying to give it a benefit of the doubt. There were screen doors on the hotel rooms as if people lived there. Not to mention it's like a maze trying to find your room. The 1st room we look at was the pool room, which was way on the other side of the hotel. Looks like something out of the hills have eyes! The pool was ice cold and the sheets were dirty. The 2nd room the jacuzzi was running & the sheets were dirty. The last room was just as horrible as first two rooms. I would not allow my dog to sleep in this hotel.

Don't try it. They stole my money.

I reserved through Orbitz for the first time which I would also not recommend. When I reached the hotel. The first think I saw at the door was a "Thank you for not Smoking" sign. When I got to the counter a young woman walked out from the back smoking a cigarette. They would not honor my reservation. The story she told me was like listening to one of my kids lying about where they were that night. Then said they couldn't refund my money, I had to call the next day and talk to her mother the manager. Of course I call 11,times the next day and they NEVER answered the phone. It is as set on a continuous loop that hung up after several minutes. I drove back to the hotel and confronted the Manger who was also smoking. She acted as if she was doing something on the computer for almost 10 minutes wrote down some numbers on a piece of paper and said it would take until Monday for the credit to appear. It never did. It is now Thursday I am reporting the in CV denbt to the police as a theft.

That place should be closed down

The room was dirty bed not made, lotion spilled on the hot tub, decorations up from a party someone had in the room. I couldn’t stay I got a refund and ran out of there. Plus the staff had pajamas on when checking me in. It was very unprofessional.

Pictures are misleading

When we arrived we were excited, I read reviews prior to going but I never really listen so I went anyways. The hotel has so much potential but it's run down. And I've stayed at crummy motels and this just blew my mind. The first room we were brought into the lock was broken, no tv, no wifi and the shower had a huge hole in the wall. The handy man even tried to have us stay in the room. The room itself was clean and the Jacuzzi was a nice touch. The bathroom was really big and the shower was big. But nothing like the pictures. I really felt like crying. My husband told them we don't want that room so they brought us to the only other room available. That one was better, much bigger too. However, the building itself was under construction, the building didn't lock and our door had a bolt lock and no knob so you push to go in and when leaving you had to yank on the chain to get out. The building door was missing the window on the door so you could walk through the door without opening it. Up the hall a room was under construction and it was open for everyone to see. Which just felt unsafe. There was a small room next to mines with an ice machine (broken) and it was just a mess in there. My fridge in my room was broken so we just put the food in a bag on the windowsill. The tv didn't work and the tiles in the bathroom kept popping up. The heater blew mildly warm air so my husband bought firewood to heat the room. The Jacuzzi was nice but some jets were broken.

This place should be shut down.

Absolutely nothing like in the pictures. Pool was a mess, bed was a very cheap and uncomfortable spring mattress, stains on the rugs, leaky shower, NO TOWELS, heater was not warming properly and the pool room heater/ac wasn't functional at all! Staff were walking in and out of rooms and hallways smoking cigarettes, doors and moldings were damaged and moldy, one of the doorways that leads into the hallways didn't have the center glass so you could literally just walk ol through the door without opening it. When I requested towels at the front (because they never brought them to our room) the lady up front was irritated at my request an replied with "you guys are killing me". The inn of the dove hotel in cherryhill blows the Egg harbor township out of thewater and the one in Bensalem, PA even more!

worse stay ever

never again payed too much for that bs ruined my whole anniversary. dirty, bad service unsafe doors barely lock, got locked out the room for like 45 mins the door wouldnt unlock.

I never seen nothing that bad I drove 2hours.

This gave my room anyway by the time i got there .The shower didn't work in the room. No Towels I stayed for 20mins and went to go get my money back .then I had 2 fight with them to get my money back The worst hotel of all time. Don't do it to urself don't not go here.

The place should be condemned

It was Horrible did not get the room I booked 1st room had no Heat and no cable with a round bed no place for my son to sleep 2nd room smelled bad with a pot smell mold in ice bucket bugs in the room we went and bought our own sheets and blanket. I can send pictures

Inn of the Dove WHAT A JOKE !

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Hotel staff was apologetic I don't blame them. However, I do blame the Owners! This hotel should be placed in the center of the worst neighborhood in the world. The rooms were semi-clean with holes everywhere. I had to switch rooms because the Jacuzzi faucet was leaking water and there were horrible stains in the tub. It was disgusting! Then when I was being transferred to another room the key wouldn't open the door. I had to go to yet another room and in order to get into the room, I had to walk through a door that led to the rooms. Sounds easy but the door leading into the building had the center glass kicked out of it and I literally walked through the hole and I am not kidding. There were holes in the walls and plaster and dirt were everywhere but there was no sign of any construction. The refrigerators were hanging out of holes and the one in the first room froze my half gallon jug of juice along with everything else. Here's where it gets better. All I wanted to do was sit back and enjoy the Jacuzzi well, the one in the second room had NO PLUG! So, I went to the office and complained the woman at the desk gave me a package of plastic plugs and said, "Sorry, this should work." WELL IT DIDN'T ! I put the plug in the tub and the water ran for 2 freaking hours because I was desperate and guess what ? After 2 hours there was approximately 2 inches of water in the freaking tub. The showers had mold so I went 2 days without a shower! WASTE OF MONEY!

Room was dirty, chips found inside tub and blanket. Sheets weren’t changed, just re made the bed. Ashes in both sinks and ants all over the counter. To top it off there is an unnecessary step behind the hot tub, which my boyfriend tripped over resulting in a dislocated shoulder.

Worst experience ever!

The hotel does not look like the pictures above. It does not have the casino. Upon arriving, they did not have our room key and refused to give refund when the negligence was on their part. DO NOT book this hotel.

The absolute most disgusting hotel ever!

No landscaping, dry rotted wood trim outside, missing shingles on roof. Enter to stale and mildew smell, cigarette burns to comforter, black mildew throughout shower which had grass and dirt floating in water on floor, Unflushed toilet, unchanged sheets, every surface covered in dust and dirt. Large spider webs is every corner. Sticky phone. Sofa and chair cushions so stained, I am sure I would have gotten an STD if I sat down! Large half dead beetle on headboard shelf.. NOT kidding!! Horrific! Stayed 5 mins and had to go through Expedia for refund and they still were unable to get refund.

Stay far away

This place is a dump and i'm not picky. The service sucks. Possums run through the premises, trash out in the parking etc... i could go on for days.

You get what you pay for (not really)

I booked here because it's a ten minute drive to Atlantic city. When arrived the room I booked wasn't available, even though I had paid up front. I was not refunded the difference or did they even remotely try to make up for the mistake. Then to make it even better the room wasn't completely ready. it was 8:30pm not LIKE I was there early. They handed me towels to take to my room. I will never stay there again. I'll just pay the extra to get a room in the casino and get what I paid for.

HORRIBLE!!!!

This place should be ashamed of itself. The worst place I have ever stayed. Lobby smelled like cigerettes. Extremely poor customer service not professional at all. The whole campus needs an upgrade buildings/grounds look like they havent been maintained in years. Now lets get to the room which was supposed to be an upgrade cause my room wasnt able to be rented. Did not smell fresh was not clean at all smudges on mirrors, dead bugs in windowsill, some lights were out, trashcans had no bags. NO towels washcloths or anything had to go back to the desk to get them and kept hearing they were short staffed and the laundry was being done. Stayed 2 nights housekeeping never came. Toilet seat was very loose complained multiple times only to be told it would get fixed- never happened. I could go on and on bottom line you could get better service and amenities if you stayed in a sewer. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!

Birthday doves.

The staff was courteous and polite and helpful in every way but the accommodation needs work. There was peeling paint, heat didn't work and we waited almost an hour for towels. The staff made up for any dissapointment we had. I would go again.
