Family Thanksgiving from AC

From booking the house to check out ,Ryan, was there for myself and family in a timely matter. First impressions, Spacious, Inviting, comfortable attention to detail. Plenty of room for all to create our individual dishes for our feast. While children in the playroom or watching TV in line of site of the kitchen. The layout aloud all of us (14) to gather with out being cramped. The mattresses and bedding Soooo comfortable, the couches wih plenty of through pillows and blankets to cozzy up with. Definitely will recommend Ryan and the home to family and friends. Back to lifes daily grind. Thank you

Our stay at this house was not bad, the only reason it did not get a 5 star from me is because of the issues we had with the house and the fact that they were never fixed. Our check in was seamless and the property manager was always a click away and the stay overall was comfortable, however my advise to the property manager is to fix the things that are broken in the house. Our issues included the grill which was very dirty. We were told that everything would be cleaned however when we were ready to use the outside grill for our food it was very disgusting. the light on the outside by the hot-tub was not working and we came to be aware that this was an ongoing problem that the property management knew about but it was never fixed. There were swarms of bugs in the entrance of the house which also needed to be addressed and taken care of by a professional lawn person. When we initially walked into the house there were water on the floor from the Fridge and we were later told that we were unable to turn on the pipe under the sink to use the water in the kitchen without that happening. We also had an issue with the 2nd bathroom door because it was broken and if you took a shower the water leaks out onto the floor. There was also an issue with one of the lights in the bedroom because it was not working. We addressed all these issues with the property manager and they sent over the maintenance guy he ended up coming over the same night but wasn't able to fix anything, we made an appointment with him to come back the next morning and he never showed up all day and none of these issues were fixed. We went on with our day but it was very disappointing for the amount of money that we payed for this house they could've at-least fixed the outside light so we were able to enjoy the back yard at night. Would i stay here again? yes but only if these issues were fixed.

This house was wonderful for my family. It does not sleep 15 as stated but owner did provide 2 blow-up beds. Communication was excellent. Had a fabulous time. Would definatelty stay again! .

Property is well managed

It was a great experience. Property was nice on the inside with plenty of entertainment. Owner was responsive to issues. I would recommend this property to others. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but I realize the owner can’t control the neighbors houses.

We enjoyed our stay the convinced of location to board walk .

Only disappointment was check out time Is too early would have like a 12 noon checkout time . Overall the house met our getaway needs. Loved the fact that we could bring our dog.
