Cumbersome check-in, privacy concerns, and heat!
Great location, and very convenient, and tucked away nicely on a relatively quiet street.
Once booked, there were a number of steps to complete before checking in, so be forewarned that you will have to fill out some forms, provide ID, payment info, etc. etc. before you can check in and access the property. It's a bit cumbersome, and I would avoid booking if given another chance.
The property is also on the first floor, and the entrance/exit is the balcony sliding door--it also makes for limited privacy, as the blinds do not fully cover the windows. There was also quite some noise on the weekend, as you're right next to the foot path that other tenants use to get to their units/enter the building from parking.
There's also no central unit/heat pump, and no windows that open, so if the unit feels hot, you'll need to open the balcony door/door used to enter and exit--again, not ideal for privacy or noise, especially if you sleep hot, as you cannot just leave the door to the unit open over night.
