Thanks for your feedback. We do list these issue in the description for our Bach, as it might not suit the elderly or potential guests with mobility issues.

Thanks for your feedback. We clean the bach ourselves after every stay, and this is the first time in 25 years that we have had a comment on the standard of cleanliness. But we appreciate your feedback and will pay even more attention to cleaning in the future.

Thanks for the feedback and suggestions. The mozzies can be an issue outside at certain times of the year. We do have two plug in anti mozzie devices at the Bach which work well, but you have to keep the windows closed at night. We have two heat pumps which keep the Bach cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Thanks again for your feedback. John & Kerin.

Thanks for your feedback. We have now put mosquito nets over the two beds. And the plug in mosquito repellent device usually stops them coming into the Bach. We recommend you keep the windows closed at night to stop any bugs flying into the Bach and turn on the aircon/heat pump if it’s too hot or cold.

Thanks for the feedback. We provide fresh coffee beans for guests to use during their stay. And instructions on how to use the coffee machine which also grinds the coffee beans to enjoy!
