Esta nuevo y en una zona cerca de bares y restaurantes. El personal es cero atento y muy poco amable, pero las camas son delicisos, el hotel esta nuevo. Asi que bastante recomendable!

First of all I know check out is at 11am but the cleaning people shouldn’t be barging in your room at 11:01 am and without even KNOCKING!! Teach your workers to knock before ever stepping into anyone’s room!!

When we arrived I was welcomed warmly by Miya on the front desk and she was helpful and very professional. She apologized profusely on the delay but explain the situation on a fully booked hotel as well as a slow system. Although we were exhausted from the long day of travel Miya’s enthusiasm and energy set the standard for the rest of our trip in Austin. The only slight concern or issue we had was there was a hair ball that was found on one of our beds upon entering

Good location but near highway so can be noisy and Rainey Street on other side also noisy — but welcomed/expected noise. There are quite a bit of homeless people. Used to seeing that living in a much larger metro city in comparison to Austin, which allows it to not be as concentrated so just not so used to that capacity. Not an issue and they were not bothersome just unexpected.

The hotel had such a wonderful rooftop pool and cabanas. We really enjoyed that it was right next to Rainey street.

I went for a girls trip and the hotel is brand new and super nice. Had a couple problems with the AC but it all worked out. The location is right off the highway and right on Rainey Street.

Got to hotel at 10pm. Room key provided, went to room and was completely trashed and dirty. I found out this had also occurred with other individuals who had traveled earlier in the day. Too 20 min to change rooms but did not provide me with a new key until the next day. Was told I was going to receive a free night comp and breakfast but neither were given. Disappointed.

This hotel is beautiful and new. Gorgeous lobby and heated pool. I was disappointed regarding parking is valet only. There’s construction all around the area. Not walkable.

The place was beautiful and clean with awesome location and pool. I DID NOT like how much parking was per night, I cant believe they can charge that much for guest that already pay alot per night, and restaurant service was poor. We sat waiting for service for a while and ended up just walking down to IHOP, we werent the only guest that ended up walking out. But over all i would return as long as i didnt have a vehicle.

This stay has been crazy to say the least room was swapped because someone was already in it and I walked in on them very awkward then my new room's toilet didn't work so there was a massive turd that I had to put up with until the morning VERY DISAPPOINTED

Amenities are lacking. We asked for extra coffee pods 2 times and never received any. They seemed to be treating those little suckers like gold.
